Jeff made his way around the place and stopped at a near by punch bag just throwing a few hits and kicks before getting bored and making his way over to the ring like any other wrestler would it was where he felt best. He rolled in and just ran at the ropes around the ring bouncing off of them a few times before stopping him self by rapping his arms around the ropes just as he went to bounce off.
Jeff walked around the ring for a few moments taking a few jabs at the air and then made his way over to one of the corners and leant against it with his back for a while as he just shut his eyes.
