I never got a present from that guy...
I'm wondering if there's some kind of star set from him?
Just to tell people who that thing is...
When it's night and you see a shooting star and tap 'A' and the next day you should get a present in the mail from Wishy the Star.
All I want to know is, is there a star set, or anything?

Star set? Nope, if you wish on him you to receive a Spotlight item as a present in the mail.. ^^

you have to be holding nothing in your hands. then press 'A' or tap yourself when you see wishy fly past. if it works your character will then move into a kneeling position.

Press A while you see a star (without any equipment) and he'll send you something in the mail.

Some nights there'll be a meteor shower and a star will pass by every five minutes or so, but you'll still only get one prize in the morning.
