this is a pretty strange card.
she defines Suspend. and is incredibly powerful for her cost.

for 1RU
get out a 2/2 with a very powerful effect.
2: remove a nonland card from your hand from the game, with four time counters on it, that card has suspend if it doens't already have suspend.

I'm thinking non blue or red cards would be very powerful, like the Krosan Collosus. for a measly 2 mana and a few turns.

or think of the Deep-Sea Kraken/ Greater gargadon.
with Suspend starting at 4 instead of their massive cost.

not really.
Suspended cards are still played when the last counter is removed. so they can still be countered then.

I just like how she makes the Greater Gargadon and Deep Sea kraken so inexpensive.
I'm picturing her being played in decks with Jhoira's timebugs, and plenty of the big bad nasty creatures that no one in their right mind would play since the cost to play is too steep.
I can see it now, turn three you drop Jhoira, thus beginning your victory.
since there are more spells with suspend in Future sight, her ability will appear weaker in a Future sight deck, but if you look into, say, back to Ravinca plus the whole of Timespiral, she's incredible.
My favorite part is that it's two colorless mana to activate her effect.
so you can be dropping cards like Pthithis, Heroe's Remembered, and Krosan Collosus in a blue red deck.

I think everyone should use her to get out both akromas for cheap. Throw in rift elemental, jhoira's time bug, paradox haze, jhoira, and arc blade, and the bounce spell that is like arc blade. I could see a very effective deck that stabilizes for the long game around turn 4.

She's like the Elvish Piper of Timespiral block.
Except that sorceries, instants, enchantments, and artifacts aren't beyond her power to bring into play.
unlike the piper, which is creatures only.

her best advantage is that her colors are the suspend and vanish blast colors. ading that fatc to the fact that she can let you use cards like Heroes' Rememberance for extra cheap, things aren't going to be fun against a expertly designed Jhoira deck.

Jhoira is a good card, if you can get it to stick. It has amazing synergy with the Aeon Chronicler/Detritivore cycle, allowing a suspend of 4 for only 2 mana rather than 8! mana. It definitely has possibilities.

Where Jhoria becomes most powerful however is in the many storm decks that have started to pop up in Standard (Goblin and Dragon varieties).

The reason that she really works in these decks is that you get to choose how suspended cards resolve on the stack so that you could manipulate your way into a huge storm count. For added fun, try suspending 3 spells alongside 2 Empty the Warrens (the three spells preferably being Goblin King, Bloodmoon, Flame kin Zealot) when the first 2 spells resolve you resolve the 2 Goblin storms putting a total of 10 2/2 unblockable goblins into play. Then, you resolve the Zealot to give them all +1/+1 and haste for 30 unblockable damage. In the imortal words of Borat...VERRY NICE!!!!!!!!!

heres somethign to be even funner.
doing the math right.
tie first empty the warrens sees two spells, so there are three copies of it on the stack.
thats already 6 goblins, then the second one activates, and it sees the three spells plus the first warrens, so that one gives you 8, for a total of 14 goblins in all.
with your king plus the moon, that means your army is going to hit for only 338 direct unblockable damage.
with the king, the numbers change a little bit more, since now you get 14 X 3 or 42 damage, enough to kill two people.

I tried a Jhoira deck in multiplayer once, the problem was that because I was playing blue became target of many, many, many weenie decks and never won.

But it had one very interesting play, an opponent targeted me with psychic drain for 17 and all my llibrary went to the graveyard.
Alas I had a Reya in play, a Rift Elemental in the yard and a Platinum Angel suspended, With Reya put back into play the Elemental and used 6 mana to remove the counters of the platinum angel and voilá, I kept playing...

... for two rounds more till other player destroyed my angel with goblins and a Siege Gang-Commander.

what u do with jhoria is u have her out suspend some cards with her and obliterate devastating the field and then ur suspended cards come into play b4 the opponet can do anything but regroup
