Yeah, definitely one of the first few episodes....Couldn't tell you which one, though. It's been a long time since I've seen the earlier Sonic X episodes.
But I do remember several of the furries pretending to be plushes......And Sonic getting a screwdriver up the butt via Chuck. : p

Yeah tails is pretending to be a doll cuz Chris was afraid everybody would go all ET on Sonic and company if they found out.

It was definitely episode five - I checked it against the scan archive at Artail.
Episode three was the episode where Knux and Amy showed up again.
