Seif was finding out that he was less than enthralled with his bond's fascination with books and computers. It took time away, time that could be better spent with him. Yes, Tiana played with him, and cuddled him, and fed him, and even let him sleep on her bed. But, craving attention, he wanted more.
And now his bond was curled up on a couch in the Center, poring through more of those musty old books. She said that she was trying to learn more about him, but he still resented it. He could tell her when he was hungry, what he wanted to eat or drink, and more, couldn't he...what more did she need to know?
So after a while of curling next to his bond and being absently patted now and again as she read, Seif hopped down and decided to poke his nose around.

Naomi had decided it was time for a little wandering, and so had done so right into the center. Imagine his surprise when he saw a small, very bright youngling sniffing around. He approached the younger Jivvin, and offered one of his most disarming grins as he watched.
"Looking for something?" he asked, quietly, green ears back slightly.
He imagined that the pup probably didn't care overly much about an adult, but then again... Perhaps he was wrong? He sat down on his haunches, and wrapped his tail around him, not wanting to disturb the little one's explorations.

THUNK.
This sound followed as a result of Seif attempting to turn around faster than his rather large feet would allow. Getting tangled up in his tail, he landed rather...disgracefully. "Ow..."

Naomi sat on his haunches, and raised a paw to his mouth to stop a giggle. He looked down kindly at the pup.
"I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to startle you, little one. Is there something I can help you with?"
He gestured to what the pup had been doing.
"You seemed to have been looking for something, so I figured I may as well try and help. My name is Naomi. What is yours?"

Slowly getting to his feet and shaking himself off, Seif peered up at the llar suspiciously. He was half-convinced that Naomi had somehow set him up for this mishap...but the budding logic within the ust's mind told him that wasn't likely. After all, he'd never seen this Jivvin before.
"Seif. 'M bored." He still wasn't very good at pronouncing his words, so he tried to keep his speech simple. Even so, it tended to sound somewhat broken.

The older Jivvin rose, and moved over to the little one, extending a paw to scoop him into it. Just as a jest, mind. He gave his ears a rough lick, and let him go. Motherly, anyone?
"I might be able to remedy that. Do you hunt?"
