*hugs RDS* Now now dear. You're our resident Fantome. You're dedicated enough to the spirit of Erik.
I pirate my music, mostly. ._. I admit doing illegal stuffz.. But hey, saves me trouble of finding space for more Phantom CDs. I have like.. 10 different casts and then about 6 or 7 different languages the theme song is in.

Mom: yeah Me: wait, in hong kong? Mom: yeah Me: in what language Mom: English Me: OMGTHATISSOAWESOMEILOVEYOU!!! Mom: Okay... so how was school?

Utakan Well that explains it. I was just wondering since normally CDs, even ones like that, never go for so much. But hey, at least you got it. Yeah, I know. It's crazy, isn't it? But I finally have it mrgreen *dances around again* But for some reason, I have such a hard time finding PotO stuff around here. I probably could've found it if I went downtown, but I haven't gotten the chance to go recently (and there's no way my parents would let me go down there by myself). I should probably post this in the "You know you're obsessed with PotO when" thread -You know you're obsessed when you're willing to spend a crazy amount on a PotO soundtrack, causing your family members to look at you like this: eek , and also causing your brother to call you a psycho. I pirate a lot of my stuff too. But it often takes a looong time, and sometimes it doesn't even turn out to be the right song.

*sighs in a blissful daze* I get to see Phantom on Sunday...and today, I went to a carnival, and my friend won a red rose, which she gave to me...
So I'm gonna tie a black ribbon around it, and take it with me to Phantom.
We're in the first row, and although I'm not all that pleased to be in the very first, I still get to scream because the chandelier is basically coming right over my head.

I'm in Paris with nine days to go until I see Phantom in London!
I brought my Black Ribbon Rose with me and I'm going to take it to the performance! (thanks Emma)
For more info, check out my trip log.
Cloth: You're in the very first row? Theatermonkey said to avoid that! sad Oh well. stare

Unfortunately, I really had no choice. My mom got them from a friend who has season tickets to the Fox, and they had first row, we paid less for them than we would have for better seats. They weren't going to use them anyway.
I probably won't see much on my side, but I should have a good view of everything else.
Would the view be why theatermonkey said to avoid it?
Edit: 6-18 *Squee* I saw it today! Starring John Cudia as the Phantom, I quite adored it. It was wonderful, and the only sour thing about it was that Meg sounded like a nasally tone deaf little girl, which is how she's supposed to be if basing her on the book I think.
But I loved it so much, and although the seats were in the first row, far right, we missed very little. I missed Buquet's death, I only saw his leg.

*restores topic to its previous grandeur*
The marching band is taking a trip to Philadelphia to be in the Thanksgiving parade. But we're staying in New York. You know what that means... BROADWAY!!! Anyway, on our last night there, we get to pick a Broadway show to go see. Since it is the longest-running, I'm pretty sure Phantom will be on the list!

I remember when I had finally got Phantmo by Susan Kay. For three days in a row, I had kept going to my library and looked for Phantom. On the computer it said that it was checked in, so they said that it might be lost. T.T I had to go on vacation for a week, and then when I came back, it 'finally' had a due date because someone already had it. It was supposed to come back the day after I got back from Las Vegas. (Phantom was also playing at the Venetian at Las Vegas.) Anyways, the person turned it in a week late. When I had come back to the library the day it finally came, it was raining and I was wearing my glasses that day. The water on my glasses totally ruined my vision, and when I looked up at the book case, it wasn't there. Dried my glasses, and then it was there! I jumped around like an idiot, grabbed it, and held onto it for dear life. :3

The Red Roze I finally got the Original London Cast Recording yesterday!!! *jumps up and down, and then starts to randomly dance around in circles* And I also found out that my mom loves Michael Crawford's voice! I didn't even know my parents knew who Michael Crawford was! I became very giddy. Anyway, it cost me over 50 bucks, but I finally have it!!! heart mrgreen Also, I phreaked out a couple of months ago because one of my phiends on phantomoftheopera.com told me that PotO is coming to Toronto next March, and posted the link to the website *dances some more* And then there were some other great phan-ish days, like when I finally got the Kay book, and when I found the highlights CD of the Original Canadian Cast for only a few dollars. Wow... I got the Original London Cast Recording for twenty dollars. xp

The publisher is Llumina Press, I think. I'm nos specifically sure of the site, but maybe you could look it up or somesuch.

At Barnes and Noble they said that they could try and order it for about thirty-five dollars. But then I heard that they were going to start selling it at stores again at the end of September, and it would be cheaper then.

Recently I had looked for doujinshi (manga) of Phantom of the Opera. I found that they have only two made by different people. I went searching around to see where I could buy them...finally I wound up on ebay and I eventually bought one. I was very excited...though I cannot read it for it is in Japanese, but you get the basic story and the artwork is nice. The other day I looked for the other POTO doujinshi and found that from same seller so I bought it! I cannot wait to get it!
