[21:54] Sangu Incarn: "Talk...? Okay, sure." Tyr eyed her mate with curiousity, but otherwise didn't question the idea. Right now, she was busy focusing on fussing over Pales, to make sure that getting up and moving didn't hurt as much as it should have. "If you want, we can sit down and talk first...I'm sure too much moving wouldn't help at all." She offered, still being a motherhen. Unfortunately, that made her dense as to what the talk could have been about. "We could always get Rae to check on them."
As she spoke, she was guiding Pales back towards the house, pulling open the doorway and letting her mate inside once she was close enough to do so. Rae was sitting on the kitchen floor, her legs stretched out to make a little rolling ground for Kaveri. The ragdoll pulled Kaveri close once she saw Tyr, hiding the baby's snake tail from her parent.
[22:05] Pally: She nodded a bit to Tyr, "I am sure Rae won't mind, or maybe Suzu is out of hiding." Pales chuckled fondly and shrugged, "Either or. I don't want to trouble the children to be honest. I feel bad sometimes. I am unable to be as active as I used to be." Pales sighed as she walked with Tyr's help into the room only to see Rae and Kaveri playing as siblings ought to, "Don't you two make a pretty picture." The woman said cheerfully to the pair as they moved through the kitchen, "Rae, have you checked on our sleeping beauties recently? If so are they okay?"
Kaveri blinked as she was pulled close to her ragdoll sister. For a moment the snake baby went still and stared up at the figures of Da and Dee moving through the kitchen. She cooed lightly at the pair. Despite Tyr's adverse reactions toward her Kaveri seemed friendly but cautious around that particular parent. Her tiny hands clapped obviously she was glad to see both of them up and about for obvious reasons.
"Hello little one," Pales said warmly to the baby. All in all, the woman felt it was worth the missing eye and gash to protect the baby. "Dee and I need to go into our room and talk for a bit." The woman explained to Rae.
((If Rae peeked in on Pales while Tyr went out, she may have seen Pales peeking into a weird little box from time to time before s/he decided to get up and struggle her way out. Your choice, especially concerning whether or not Rae could connect those sorts of dots.))
[22:26] Sangu Incarn: "I don't think they mind, hun." Tyr chuckled a bit, shaking her head. "I'm pretty sure even Kaveri somewhat understands what happened, and why you haven't been active." Then, after watching Kaveri and Rae for a moment, the blue eyed woman turned back towards her mate. "Besides, Kav's got Rae to entertain her." She glanced at the pair again, with a little smile.
Raeanne was still holding the baby in a way that covered most of the tail, enough to pass off what was still seen as a strange pattern or perhaps a blanket. Her stiched lips were smiling from the compliment they were given, and when she was talked too, she got to her feet, Kaveri and all, and toddled over to Tyr. When the dark haired woman knelt to "hear" what Rae had to say, the girl leaned in closer, her lips barely moving and no sound leaving her lips. Tyr stood when Rae was finished "speaking".
"Rae says they're still sleeping, and that Armel's been making funny little noises. She thinks its funny." She paused, glancing at the ragdoll who appeared to be silently giggling. "And she said she'd watch the house with Kaveri and Nekoda while we're talking." Reaching out, she ruffled the red yarn hair of the ragdoll. "She's such a good girl..." Pity she looked so creepy. Tyr didn't notice, but Rae was staring at Pales in a knowing way. She seemed to understand what was going on, and she gave her Da a little smile for luck.
"Okay...they're good...lets get you back to rest, okay?" Talking in their room meant that Pales could lay down again...and Tyr was very much a motherhen. After bidding goodbye to the little ones, she guided her mate to their room.
[23:16] Pally: Pales grinned lightly at Rae, "And if you ever told him about the noises he made while asleep he'd never believe you. Gotta find a way to prove it of you want to tease him about it later," the woman said playfully, "Glad they are doing alright, and I am sure you all will do a wonderful job watching the house. Thank you." She finished while flashing a semi-nervous smile at Rae and Kaveri.
Kaveri blinked a little bit watching the exchange from her vantage point in the ragdoll's arms. She just a little to show her desire to get back onto the floor and roll again the little naga was JUST starting to figure out how to get her tail to move the right way to get herself moving forward instead of having to roll side-to-side.
"Yes, rest sounds good," the woman agreed with a small laugh as they began moving back into the room while nodding to the girls as they left. "I am thankful for every day I have with you, you know that?" Pales said with a thoughtful tone as they got into their room. Despite the need for sport the woman broke away and moved instead to toward the dresser snatching a box that was sitting on top of it and pocketing it. The move was costly as it had made her dizzy and she almost sunk down to her knees though she did drop the cane, "Oh my..." she murmured obviously shaken.
[23:38] Sangu Incarn: Raeanne stared at her Da with wide, inverted eyes. She looked thoughtful, as if she were seriously considering to blackmail her dear brother. When she was thanked, she gave a little nod, her stitched lips twitching a bit in thought. The doll waved to her Da and Dee when they moved to their room, and instead of getting back onto the floor, she moved upstairs to go and find Suzu. Getting something on Armel sounded like fun!
"Ah, So you were being serious!" Tyr joked, though she was blushing a little bit. "You kept telling me the same thing, I figured it was just the medication." Chuckling a bit, she tilted her head to nuzzle Pales' shoulder. "But thank you, and you're welcome." Then, Tyr let Pales go as she wanted too. She figured she had the cane, and she figured that getting a bit of movement without help was probably a good idea.
But she never saw Pales grab the box. There was a little crash from upstairs, as if someone fell...so her attention had moved, though momentarily, out the door. The crash was quickly followed by Nekoda's deep voice, yelling down to let them know Rae just tripped over her loose stitches, and that she and Kaveri were okay. Tyr had been about to say something in return...but she heard the cane fall instead. With a cry, she quickly moved to Pales, looping her arms carefully around her taller mate, just enough to keep her standing.
"You! Are you alright?!" She motherhenned, guiding Pales to the bed to carefully help her sit down. "You're not ready to be up and about yet! Don't make me ground you...!"
[23:59] Pally: She was only vaguely aware of the noise and commotion outside of her slightly tilted world. Pales blinked a little and planted a kiss on Tyr's cheek before she sat down on the bed and just sheepishly smiled at her mate uttering a soft contrite, "Sorry."
Finding Suzu was easy as the four armed boy followed Nekoda's voice. Despite his aloof attitude he cared for his siblings! Thus one could suppose if you wanted to lure the four armed boy out...Just cause a bit of chaos and viola!
Pales sat on the bed for a moment as she waited for her world to set itself right, "Is everybody okay?" she asked looking up at Tyr. The woman didn't feel right moving on or switching topics until she was assured everyone was going to live.
[00:13] Sangu Incarn: Raeanne had indeed fallen, but luckily she fell backwards, so it was more of a fun ride for Kaveri than anything. After all, Raeanne was a soft body to fall against! She smiled goofily at Nekoda, then nuzzled Kaveri's hair with her stitched lips. When she saw Suzu, she set the baby on the ground for a moment, motioning for Suzu to come closer to her. Once she was sure Suzu saw her, she went to fix the loose stitching around her feet.
"Its okay....you've got to be careful though." Tyr murmured a bit, moving to kneel in front of her mate, once more resting her cheek on Pales' knees. "I hate seeing you in pain, Pales...please be careful." She murmured softly, closing her eyes. After a moment, Tyr got to her feet again, resting one arm across Pales' back, and the other against the front of her shoulder. "The kids are fine, Rae tripped on loose stitches is all. She and Kaveri are alright." Tyr reassured her mate. "Now c'mon...lets lay down. I don't think sitting up is a good thing just yet." She motherhenned.
[00:48] Pally: Suzu wandered closer to Rae kneeling next to her while an arm reached over and picked up Kaveri just to hold her for a few moments. The naga baby took to clinging to the left top most fore-arm and not allowing him to cradle her. This seemed to be the nagalet's favorite thing to do to the four armed boy. Suzu was a mild lad, and so he just allowed the babe to do as she wished while he addressed Rae, "Do you require assistance, sister?"
Pales allowed Tyr to help her lay back on the bed kind of easing downward, but making sure she could sit up a bit, because laying down always seemed to make her fall asleep and she simply couldn't sleep right now. "Well I'm glad. Poor Rae and her stitches," she laughed a bit a hand reaching into her as if to reassure herself of something.
"You get comfy, too. I'm all settled, honest!" Pales said after getting all comfortable and settled in.
[01:00] Sangu Incarn: Raeanne shook her head so fast it would've made her very very dizzy, if she hadn't been a living doll, and it made her red yarn hair fly every which way around her. When she stopped, she pointed first towards Armel's room, then lifted her hands to cup around her right eye in a little circle, looking through it. Then, she moved to pat her throat a few times, then pressed her plush index and thumb together, placing them first to her lips before pulling them away, as if taking something from her mouth. Looking as if she were giggling again, she pointed towards the door to Armel's room again. Now all that was left was to see if Suzu understood any of that.
"Yeah, poor kid and her living ragdoll appearance. She still gives me the creeps, no matter how much of a good girl she is." Tyr admitted with a little shiver. Then, after giving her mate a curious look, the blue eyed girl moved around the bed to her own side of it, crawling onto it and laying on her side beside the other woman. "As long as you're comfy, I'm happy." She said softly, using her own arm as a pillow. "So...what'd you want to talk about?"
[01:28] Pally: The four-armed boy understood at least a little, maybe. He handed Kaveri back to Rae, "Here, hold the snake-monkey for a moment," he muttered while turning away and stealthily as possible moving to Armel's door and peeking inward to check on what was happening there that was so amusing to Rae. Obviously Suzu hadn't bothered to often check in on Armel and his coma-buddy.
Pales nodded, "She's a wonderful especially with the little ones," she smiled fondly at Tyr as she went to lay next to her, "I am quite comfy, thank you, love." She sighed softly and just sat in silence for a moment. It almost seemed as if she didn't hear Tyr's question and was lost in her own world for a moment. After the silence had time to heavily settle in the room she pulled out a box and began to fiddle with it for a moment but never opening it all the way.
"I know that ... this isn't probably what you imagined your life would be, and I am not someone you imagined to be with for the rest of your life," Pales murmured quietly, "a-and I think you deserve everything you want in life and you've been a wonderful friend and the truest love I've ever had." She flushed a bit feeling more foolish by the moment.
"B-but the point is you accepted me and though we are practically bound together for the rest of our lives you also deserve something more normal to signify such a bond." Pales said softly turning to Tyr, "A-and I would love to share a day with you like that. A day where everything goes the way we want it, hopefully." Fully the box opens showing a beautiful silvery metal ring with a small modest arrangement of gemstones going from light blue to darkest in the center and back to light again (5 small gemstones).
"What I mean to say is ..."she let out a deep breath, "W-would you marry me?"
(And we learn that when pales is nervous he rambles.)

[02:25] Sangu Incarn: Raeanne stared at Kaveri when the little one was handed back to her. After a moment of staring, she put the baby back on the ground, to let her try and slither around again. Keeping watch with the corner of her eye, Rae went back to fixing her loose stitches, waiting for Suzu to get back.
Tyr murmured her your welcomes to the first part of Pales' little chat, then settled comfortably into the matress to listen to what else her mate had to say. Thousands upon thousands of possibilities rushed through her head as to what she would possibly want to talk about. The more Pales talked, the more she was curious. Regardless of the fact the first part was completely true (though she could have argued about the friend and love bit), she was still lost as to why this conversation was needed at all.
Of course, realization was creeping up on her. And the more she realized what her mate was getting at, the more even she started to get nervous and anxious...hell, even her mind was repeating 'oh my god...' over and over. Then, when Pales finally asked that question, she froze, unable to say or do anything other than stare, wide eyed, at her wounded mate. She didn't mean to, but she sat in silence for quite some time...or at least, it just felt that way.
"Pales, I..." She started, lamely. "I'm...flattered you think all that about me. I...I really am." Tyr was staring at the ring, though she occassionally bit on her thumbnail as a nervous habit. "Y-you're my first...well....everything...and I love you so very much...I couldn't be happier just being your mate, but still...." She was crying now, but not tears of sadness. Tyr was crying because she was happy, so very happy.
"I'd love to.be your...I mean...Yes, I'll marry you!"
