I think the scene at the end with Riku and Sora. That was awesome.
Then there's Axel's death...and Sora with Tron. Although that was more creepy than anything else. Then when Sora first found out that Xehanort's Heartless was actually Riku. Aww, he cried!
And, even though it's not directly yaoi, when Kairi goes and hugs Sora, he has the funniest expression on his face. He doesn't look happy at all!
