Anyone got a copy of it or their oun homebrew of the game?
Iv been modding PS2 games for awhile and mesing with GH2 was FUN
If you guys dont know what it is, checkout the video in my profile of me playing Dragonforce - Through The Fire And Flames on GH2HE
Anyone else got a copy of it? this could be the place to swap songs! mrgreen

Its not exactly Hacked, just modded. I made my copy with alot of songs, but sadly my PS2 Cant play burnt disks...Epitaph of the Twilight

In ordr to modifiy it it needs to be hacked into to decrypt the data of the notes and songtracks.
The only current offical disc release of a modded guitar hero is Guitar Hero Hackers Edition (look it up in ISO form around the net) featureing every single song modded as well as a few custom features.
Theres also a hackers edition beta with stuff like Concert Mode where you play up to 5 songs in a row back to back.
Also. What version PS2 do you have? Because I can help you get it to play backups without breaking the warranty seal using about 20-40$ in PS2 mods.

I STRONGLY discourage the use and spread of the Hacker's Edition displayed by keyboardsamurai. He is evil, using, and not fit to be human. Besides that, the charts are very low quality. They're just converts from Frets of Fire that OTHER people made. He just converted them, injected them into the game, and called it his own creation.
On a less hateful side: I also mod GH2, but I'd rather make the notecharts. :3 I love it, and it makes me feel proud and creative.

They don't have a slide card, but they have a flip top, that you can pull up...search it...Epitaph of the Twilight
