Anywho Agree on the best yuri pairing possibility being
Caster x Rider.
Nothing beats that.
Sakura , Shinji, and entire Mato family line. Just disappear already.

A-anyway... I think Sakura was also the original Master in the Anime series, seeing as how Shinji stated he needed that book to use the Command seals/magic, if I remember well, wich would mean he didn't have the Command sealls on him himself because he wasn't the one that originally summoned Rider.
Uwaa~ I don't thik Rider enjoys killing, she just likes reading and... drinking.

if i'm not mistaken in fate/hollow ataraxia rider and sakura make a pack with shirou and saber (not sure though..)

Actually, in the game, Sakura isn't really a MAtou, she's realy Rin's sister (no joke). The Matous use her as a sex slave...

I heard Rider became Shinji's servant instead because Sakura just wasn't the 'fighting type'. (that's what I heard/read somewhere) But I do think it's more amusing with Shinji & Rider as a team. For example, episode 11! blaugh
