"Ah. It gets the best of a lot of people. It is quite interesting though, isn't it? Especially with the incident they said happened earlier today, with the dog attack and all." The frenchman agreed bringing his arms down again and placing them back in his pockets.

"Dog Attack?"
The news reporters were there? Inside her mind, she groaned. If there were newsreporters it meant Mercutio was in more danger.

"Yeah. It was at a cafe or something. What's strange is that it never left any tracks, yet it made such a mess of one particular man. Didn't you hear about that? It was everywhere." He said with a nod. "They've sent people out to search the city and try and find it, how they'll be able to tell which creature did the damage, I'll never know." He said with a sigh, "It was a sad thing to happen on both parts. An animal's foolish mistake cost the lives of two and need for counseling of so many more."

Raven nodded. She'd give them a call later, when she reached home.
"So they don't know who did it..."

"Who? They're not even sure what yet. They claim the creature would have to be pretty big to cause so much damage, and the damage done to the dead man's body is just... so unlike any normal attack they've come across. Apparently had it not been for several witnesses claiming it was a dog, they'd have thought a bear was on the loose." He explained. Was she fond of canines or something? She seemed somewhat interested in the whole issue and of the wolf he saw the week before.

She just smiled.
"Why not who? After all you just met two vampires tonight. If we can exist, surely there are other things that can exist too."

"What do you mean?" He asked tilting his head. "I say 'what'... because they can't make up their mind what did the damage. Are you saying...? Do you know what happened at cafe?" He asked trying to make sense of what she was saying.

Her smile left as she felt like she'd been put on the spotlight.
"I just know something happened at the cafe. Another told me about it and I'm assuming there's other things that go bump in the night. Afterall, how many vampires do you really know or ever seen before Asher and Myself? It's odd to hear of a wolf that's twice the size of a man and then strike in broad daylight."

Jean frowned and shook his head a little. "But... you didn't seem to know anything about it before I said something, at least, you didn't seem aware that the news was everywhere." he said glancing away and trying to make sense of it all. "I wouldn't know how many vampire's I've met... or other creatures. I lost my memory not so long ago, so it's impossible to tell unless one should recognize me." He said shaking his head again and deciding it was best to move on in the conversation, rather than bring it back and ask a lot of questions.

"Aware of the news no...Know something about it, perhaps."
She licked her lips a little, tasting the cool night air. She wondered if anyone did remember the frenchmand beside her.

"Okay, Okay. The subject is getting a little confusing now." Jean said shaking his head and accepting her excuse without anymore questions. "I guess it doesn't really matter anyway. It's not like anyone will be able to prove anything very easily. It'll take a while to even track it down, whatever it was." He added shrugging.
