She sighed to herself as Nix went along. This seemed continual, like it would never end. Was it possible to finish her search, her quest? At this rate, she doubted it, the world was a huge place, she could not cover large areas at a time, and she was tired, she needed to release energy again, but no storm was brewing from what the skies told her, though ti was darkening because it was near sunset.

Nix'Annada padded along, quietly, humming to herself, a song really, but she sang the words in her mind, sometimes she felt awkward singing in front of others, internally she'd find herself to sound horrible, no matter what anyone else spoke to her. Her meeting with Hakan made her want to find the god he had known, but Nix did not know his name, or his realm.

This search seemed like it would last forever.

Sparks shot around her forearms and she flinched, it was getting stronger now...she wondered what she should do.

Mrost hated flying more than he hated most things. His armour made flight awkward and a lot of effort, maintaining his wing illusions becoming too much of a burden after a few hours. It was only as the sun began to dip below the horizon he decided to alight on the ground, landing heavily and with a lot of clanking of metal, scattering the odd blue feather to the wind from his tattered and for now, undisguised wings. He straightened up, shaking his head to get his mane out of his face and looked around, he saw nothing.

Apart from that dark figure not far off.

He glowered at it accusingly, as if doing so would make it dissapear, unwilling to move away with his wntire body so fatigued from the long flight. He'd been on the move all damn morning and now it was dusk, he didn't need hassle.

Snarling to himself, he stalked over to the figure, intending to give them a claw swipe to the rump to send them on their way, only to see as he got closer that it was a goddess and not a normal lion.

"DAMN." he spat venomously. "It's always another god isn't it." he bristled the mane along his back and turned, as though to walk off in a rage. "I don't want to deal with anything right now."

Nix kept humming to herself, side stepping here and there, to keep herself light on her feet, and to cure the utter boredom that was plaguing her so much lately. Though she had met some mortals and such, watched them from afar as well. Was very interesting, she turned her head, her eyes falling on an approaching figure...the figure seeming...displeased.

Seemed like thigns were going to get a lot more interesting now.

She stopped, turned around, her wings pulled tightly against her back, she tilted her head, swayed her tail a couple of times, what had she done to anger another? As they got close, she saw it was not even a mortal..a god? Jeez, what had she done now?

"Problem Mr.-?" She of course didn't know his name. A few sparks crept up her arms again, not now...he'll think I'm hostile damn it.

Mrost stopped dead in his tracks as he noticed the female was following him. Everything about his posture spoke of peevishness, his spiked tail lashing dangerously at his hind paws. Apparently Mrost didn't deal with bad moods well. He was more threatening when dead still, muscles tensed, than when he was walking. He let the moment stretch out for just long enough for him to count to ten and calm down a bit. Mortals he could lash out at, gods, not so much. He snapped his head up to look dangerously over one shoulder, his visible eye narrowed dangrously. With a growl he snapped.

"Mrost. War. Problem? Yes. Everything is a problem, and you know what's annoying? When you want to grind some poor mortal into pulp just to ease some tension and suddenly you find out that mortal isn't a mortal but a goddess." he frowned bitterly. "And a goddess that insists on following you" A humourless smirk curved across his muzzle. "Give me one reason why I shouldn't just take my frustration out on you, since you obviously have a death wish?"

"Well isn't someone grumpy...wait, scratch that, Mrost is grumpy? But he's war, so I guess that fits," her eyes scanned over him, armor, blue, his eyes, mhmm, if he so wasn't being angry, she would've gotten much closer to him by now...much much closer. "And I don't believe I was following you, I'm searching for someone, well, tow others really I guess, don't know one's name, but I'll find him, I'll find my sister too..." she was rambling, again, she had to learn to stop herself when she was talking too much.

"Mhmm, and Mrost, I highly doubt you could beat me up, well...who knows really, but I'm not a pushover handsome," she said with a flick of her tail. Oh, this would be fun. "Whats made you so angry Mrost? Lonely?"

Mrost shook his head despairingly. "And there's my reason. I shouldn't attack you, because you are an idiot. I don't need this." he gave an exasperated sigh. "Lets get this straight. I'm Mrost, of course I'm grumpy, I'm /always/ grumpy when I'm not in Storm Valley, with my troops, KILLING THINGS. Kay?" he sunk jet black claws into the earth. "Now we've cleared that up, you are looking for people? Who? I might as well pretend to be interested, might get you to leave me alone."

He eyed her warily, sizing up wether her build matched her words, noting the sparks that ran across her form. With his armour that'd probably be painful to touch. But curiosity stirred, could he handle it? Being beaten by a frail looking female out here would be embrassing more than anything else, but he really wanted to know. He smirked deviously.

"Oh no, I'm never lonely. Being on my own is preferable to the company of fools."

"An idiot? Then thats both of us I guess," she said with a smirk and another flick of her tail. She walked in a circle around him, not to taunt him or to tempt him, but to look him over. And mhmm mhmm, was he fine. Though he was grumpy, she didn't particularly like that, but she could deal, unless of course he already had a girl, a mate, or a family, then it'd be too much.

Wait wasn't he just talking?

Yes, hmm, how to answer him?

"Killing things to you must be fun, for war, its also humorous to stun others as well with a spark or two," she said with a nod. Yes, she had a bad side as well, at times, if she needed to have it. "People? Yes, my sister, and another god a warrior spoke of, he wouldn't give me his name, said it'd be too dangerous for me or my sister to know his name...my sister is strong though, too strong for her liking the last I recalled...I still can't find her...have you seen another goddess hmm Mrost? If you have, perhaps we can do a trade of sorts if that idea suits your liking?"

Mrost wasn't actually sure how to deal with another lion which behaved like a smug git the same way he so often did. It unsettled him and rattled his bad mood. He narrowed his eyes, losing patience " Yes. Killing things is a great deal of "fun" though only as a group sport. Murder is too easy." he raised a brow "A warrior spoke of a god? Probably me then, most of the true warriors in these lands answer to me. As for your "goddess", I know manay goddesses. A good number of them "intimately". You have to be more specific." he grinned, mockingly. "But a trade sounds fine...depending on what you are offering." Eir and his family were stopping him from any overt flirting, but that didn't mean he couldn't play the old game, see just what this goddess was willing to put on the line, then use that later.

He looked away with a snort "It better be worth it."

The illusion on his wings restored, concealing them once more as he spoke, his tail never giving up it's ceaseless flicking. He tried not to look too interested in the sparks at her feet and the intricate feathers of her wings, despite his horrible urge to see what kind of voltage surged in those paws.

"You are Lightning, I take it?"

"You then, hmm, then I guess he could not keep me from finding you then," she said with a smile. Yes, Hakan, he wouldn't be able to keep her from finding those that might be able to help her. "Intimately? Well then, if you know my sister, and are as intimate as you say, then how sad for me, but good for you, I've never known my sister to take to a male...ever. Strange really, compared to me," she swayed her tail, smirked.

Oh, this was fun.

But did he know her sister? Were they...together? Strange, her sister found a male she liked? That'd be new.

"I can make it worth it if you help me find her," she watched his eyes, hmm, did he like wings, feathers? Interesting. "Lightning yes, she, she is different...more angry, uncontrolled compared to myself, though she shares a black pelt...red markings on her pelts cheeks and blood on her wings...least, the last I saw of her."

She sat back, curled her tail around her, caused by choice sparks to fly up her forearms, some sparks on the ends of some feathers upon her wings.

She was tempting him...also trying to find what he liked, what he wanted.

"Do you know of her Mrost? Hmm?"

The description was familiar to him and it didn't take Mrost long to put the name to the words. He frowned. "No. Not intimate with that one. Rage?" he smirked "She's different, acts as if the whole world rests on her shoulders. A lot of anger bubbling under her pretty black pelt." he laughed darkly. "Yes I know her." His mind traced back to the sheer thril of her abilities, powers that made the old fury rage in his blood for an instant. So this female was something to do with her? He was intruigued, and horribly tempted, though he would refrain from pleasures of the flesh for Eir's sake, as much as that thought taunted him..

"But there's always the matter of....leverage." he grinned, his gaze passing briefly over her wing feathers and then back to her face. "You'd have to work hard to make anything worth my while."

Rage! How long had it been since she heard that name? Her sister didn't want it spoken too much, thats why it had been so faded in her mind, Nix could remember though, so much so it almost brought tears to her eyes. "You do? Where is she is she alright?" good thing to know Mrost and Rage weren't intimate with each other, would make her upset, plus, if any children spawned from that, hell...the world would be in sooo much trouble.

"Leverage? How so Mrost hmm?" she added a slight purr to the end of her sentence. She couldn't help it, just had to, felt right to do so, even if it was only friendly flirting. "What would I have to do to have you take me to her?"

Her eyes stayed on his form, and she flicked her tail, a smirk spreading across her maw. Something inside of her said, that this might turn out to be interesting.

Interesting indeed.
