I know that going horseback riding while pregnant can be a not so good thing, but can I still ride a bicycle and not worry about it?

Bike riding is fine, as long as you're not doing uber-bumpy roads and jumps!
Also, be especially careful about falling off.

I wouldn't go on your bike, what if you fall off and on a bumpy road it's probably just as bad for the baby as horse riding.
