This is the comic that came in my ItaSasu doujinshi xD

Now, from what I understand, Itachi is reading the new volume of Naruto somehow, and sees Sasuke's timeskip outfit. So he goes to Oto and sews all of Sasuke's shirts closed so that they don't show off his chest anymore xD

A friend just translated for me what she could, and apparently, the first box that's sort of a narration says the second season of the anime and something about "aniki and otouto love." And then Kisame tells Itachi that the tea is ready, then the next frame says "IN Oto." And the poster with Itachi on it and the knife stuck in it basically says, "Defeat Aniki!" Then the frame after Sasuke wakes up with the sewed shirt says, "WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?!" And she couldn't tell what Itachi was saying, but Kisame was saying, "Itachi-san, what have you done?" And she doesn't know what the last one says, except that the shirt Sasuke's holding says, "Aniki's love" xDDD
