I've been crying a lot recently. Like, an unhealthy amount. During classes, and during lunch, bathroom, I get home and I cry to sleep. It makes me feel horrible, but I'm too sad to stop. I haven't eaten in two days, either. It makes me feel really sad when I do. I hate this. Iuno, my self-esteem has been at an all time low lately. I've written journal entries and I can't seem to find one that's not insulting myself. I hate this.

I went through this 2-3 year long depression and when I changed my diet to include more complex carbs like potatoes and tryptophan foods like dark chicken meat and started going outside and getting more sunshine and exercise I started snapping out of it. You might have similar positive results if you try that.

You might have similar positive results if you try that. DON'T FORGET THE SEX. Erm. Well, yeah, that too. But I started the lifestyle changes like... end of Feb. Started dating Chris in April. Sexing didn't really get going till that summer. So it was the lifestyle change stuff that jump started it.

Damn straight *agrees with the others* and remember, you're hot as ******** and you got the logic in your skull to be able to kick a** in something as complex as Magic. -that- is nothing to scoff at. At least you can see that you're doing it.

@ Peeka: I didn't even know that about food, I just ate everything I could >.> and I do loves me some taters. I'll still pass on that sunshine and exercise though >.> that's for loooosers~.
