All Miis set to Mingle.

Go into Mii Parade.

...What the heck are they?!

Is your Wii connected to the internet? Mii parade only have the Miis that your friends have made, not that ones you have made. blaugh

You need a friend's Wii code entered into the system.

But I also think that you can transfer Miis using the Wiimote as a storage system.
