Um...I was wondering do the goddess eat or sleep at all? After watching the episodes, it looked like the only person eating or sleeping was Keiichi. So well...what do you guys think? sweatdrop

well, Belldandy needs to sleep to recharge her energy. and Urd needs to drink sake and Skuld needs to eat Ice Cream for the same reason.
but other than that, they really dont NEED to eat or sleep.
If you ever see them eat anything it's only really for fun. like...Belldandy drinks tea all the time, but that's just because she likes it. (Bell's a tea expert heart )

Like it was already stated, they don't need to. They ARE Goddesses. They can pretty much do what ever they want.

They don't need to eat. In order to remain on Earth and for mortals to really see them and interact with them, they "recycle their molecular structure" every day. The energy that they need to do that is supplied by Heaven. When their connection is cut off, that's when the goddesses turn to their alternate source of energy, as stated before.
I just finished an Ah! My Goddess novel written by the voice actress who played Urd in the anime series. That's where I heard this from. Belldandy explains it to Skuld.
