Haru sat through his class, his thoughts seemed to be scattered as his eyes seemed unable to resist looking out the window on a constant basis. Haru's hand kept fiddling with his pencil as his thoughts invoked in the event that were happening at the main house.

(Ok, I suppose I'll pretend that Haru told Kirt where the office is. sweatdrop )
Kirt watched as the boy walked away. He was strange, there was no doubt in that. As he turned back to the girl he put on a light smile.
"I know where the offiice is... kind of... it should be this way..."
He pointed to his right as he stood in front of her and began walking towards the outside walkway to the other building. Without looking back at the girl he introduced himself.
"My name is Kirtix by the way..."
There was no reason for him to be called "mister" yet so despite his better judgement he was sure this wasn't a mistake. It may even make the awkward feeling in his gut go away. It was awkward being the older person and not knowing what to do or where you were going. The statement that came to mind slipped from his mouth in a whisper to himself.
"The blind leading the blind..."

May followed him towards the office. She knew when he got there she wouldn't go in. She was afraid to meet the higher up people. She didn't know what they might do. "My name is May." May looked around the halls, they looked so empty and were so silent when students weren't running around. "Mr. Kirtix, why did you choose this school?" It had been habit for her to call everyone that was above her Mr. or Mrs.

Kirt lightly cringed at the "Mr." and by habit, replied in kind.
"Choose this school?"
As he looked at the door in front of him and opened it seeing the sign on the wall that read "Office"
"I thought it was a nice school... with good students. What about you Miss. May, why did you come to this school?"

May was suprised being called a Miss. She had never been called that before. May was in shock for a moment then bowed her head down. "Please... don't call me that. May will be just fine." May looked back up at him, a frown appearing on her face. "My family wanted me to come here... I have cousins here as well... we just moved here... to tell you the truth I have never been in a school before..."

Haru suddenly stands up and walks out of class, his teacher, shouting out to him, to be seated but he seemed not to be listening as he walked down the hall, he suddenly thrust his leg outward, kicking out a window in the hallway.

Kirt looked down at her with a light nod and decided not to cut corners anymore. They were at the office so he stopped and looked at her.
"If you're afraid to do something just because you've never done it before then you should probably go home and go to bed."
He knew he shouldn't be so blunt; she was just starting school after all, but somehow, he couldn't help it. He considered this and scratched his head.
"What I mean is, why wake up in the morning if you've never experienced that day before...without a reason to do something for yourself you'd be better off sleeping life away."
He turned to the office.
"Thanks for your help today May. I'll see you around."
Kirt walked into the office and apologized to the secretary at the desk for his extreme tardiness as the bell rang.
Yuki turned his head as the bell rang for the classes to end but he hadn't been concentrating on the sound of the bell, but the event Haru spoke of beforehand. He stood and grabbed his things when a girl ran past the door down the hall, followed by other students. Yuki peered down the hall at the students that seemed to be going to the lower classes ring. He stopped some one.
"What's going on?"
At the sound of the name "Hatsaharu Sohma" Yuki clenched his teeth. He thought that Haru may have revealed himself, he was never careful enough! Yuki ran down the hall keeping all but his expression of worry to himself. As he stood on the edge of the crowd he tried to see what was going on.

Tears began to well up in her eyes as she heard his words. She didn't want him to see her crying so she tried to keep them well hidden. She did an ok job and once he left she couldn't contain herself anymore. She had been alone most of her life and never had any friends. She had been trapped in a room for most of her life and when she was outside she was only allowed to go so far. She met very few of her family members and was afraid to meet the ones she had to learn with in the school. She didn't want to have to sleep her life away anymore. She wanted to be free to do anything, but she was afraid. She didn't see many people and the people she had were always so mean to her. She listened to the bell and watched as students left there classes. She knew she couldn't handle it right now and ran outside and sat against a tree near the school, burying her head between her legs.

Tohru walked with Yuki out into the hall and saw Haru sitting on the floor next to the window. Tohru let out a gasp as she saw all of the glass around and quickly went to Haru's side. "Haru? Are you alright?! What happened? You didn't get injured did you?" She started fretting even more as she saw a small amount of blood on the floor. "Oh Haru! You're bleeding! We need to get a first aid kit! We need to find the nurse!" Tohru quickly stood. She needed to help him.

"He's taking an awful long time to pick up... I hope he didn't decide to drink until everyone got home." he thought to himself.
At that, Yuki pictured the dog laying about singing happily to himself, a bottle of sake in one hand and a his cup in the other, some old drinking song and pouting in boredom because they weren't there yet.
Yuki glared at the phone in annoyance as it rang.
