Well, for one I'd make a post.
The post would be asking any active members if they wanted to keep any of their threads, if so then they'd post the name of the thread and that would be added to a list. That list of threads would not be deleted.Every other thread (Useless?) would be deleted.
Then, I'd send a message (and maybe get other people to send messages) to every member,if they do not reply...Remove them.
Then I'd recruit members, by means of making a thread in the Guild part of the Gaia forums.
I'd also make more banners linking to the thread and ask members to support the guild by also advertising in any way to Gaia people. (Also, I'd make it available to people to make their own banners,graphics,for the Guild)
Anymore suggestions would be nice, these are just guidelines I think would be effective.
(Oh,and I'd also add more to the front page. =D )

Right now I've deleted a good 15 pages of useless stuff.
Man, this is hard to do alone.
If only I had more powers, I'd probably make a few people mods for a short amount of time and I'd pay them.
I still need to clean up a few old pages and my hand's getting sore from doing the same continuous deleting steps.
Now I'll have to advertise...

Okay, so far I've deleted up to page 5. Which is really good.
I need something new to do so I'll be contacting most of the people I can with the post count of, "0"

I've posted in the Chatterbox...
I think I'll put more to the front page later, Maybe make a Chatterbox subforum.Delete more useless stuff, I'll try to advertise more...
Maybe I'll find some alliance guilds.
