Taking a quick swing to make sujre everything was good and not about to fall apart, Will stood in his fighting stance and looked at Eowyn. "Ladies first he," he said waiting to see how Eowyn would react to Will's statement.
Kailee just looked at Will and pondered on the amusement that he got being sarcastic when he was about to fight someone.

Eowyn shrugged casually in response to his sarcasm. "Suit yourself." Maybe she should have warned him that she preferred to be on the offensive. She took one step forward and executed an upward swing with the sword, aiming for the kybernetik's left side.
It dawned on her, then, that her mother would likely be displeased with her swordfighting. Oops. She decided to worry about that later.

"She's quick," thought Will as he took a step back.
Taking a quick step back, Will quickly blocked Eowyn's attack with his sword. Then he quickly took another step back and using the angle his arm was in from the block, used that to his advantage to try and get a hit in on her arm.

Unused to fighting someone with only one sword, as opposed to her sister's usual two, Eowyn found herself halfway expecting a different sort of move. She was surprised--as well as pleased-- by his speed in responding. He definitely had a reach advantage over her, but she wasn't the type to lie down and nicely allow herself to be walked all over. No, she tended to fight right up until her last reserves of strength, and thus she sidestepped to narrowly avoid the blow, swinging her own weapon up and inward toward his opposite elbow.

Halting Will took a quickly switched the sword to his other hand and used it to block the attack from Eowyn’s blade. After blocking the attack Will side-stepped and took a step backwards to put some distance between the two of them.
Will then took his sword back into his other hand and thought briefly trying to figure out his next attack pattern. "Lets see if this Will work," thought Will. After figuring what he would do Will charged toward Eowyn and faked to the left and then stopped quickly attacking from the right quickly. .

Eowyn was not surprised when Will dodged the blow. She didn't bother to chase forward after him when he created the distance, simply re-balancing herself on the balls of her feet and waiting. If he was taking a few moments to think, it meant he had some sort of trick up his sleeve. Having trained with perhaps one of the most devious and quickest beings in existence, she was far too accustomed to sneak attacks and sudden, unexpected moves. That was what swordfighting was about, after all: getting that upper hand on your opponent.
She watched him charge and made a quick decision, bringing her sword from behind her shoulder to slightly above her head and stepping right as he stepped left, planning to block his attack at close range. When he decided to move from the right instead, she executed a modified drop swing, attempting to bring her sword up and underneath of his to shove it up and away from herself.

Allowing Eowyn to push his blade up and away. Will took this as a chance to quickly use the force from the blow to pass the sword to the otherhand and hopefully strike down onto Eowyn's shoulder, and at the same time allowing Eowyn to take a chance to strike at him too.
"Let see and eye for an eye," thought Will as he prepared to strike Eowyn on the shoulder.

Mildly surprised at her victory, Eowyn's eyes tracked Will's arm and hand movement as he swapped the sword to the other hand. It was a trick she had learned quickly, to never watch the sword itself. To watch the arms and hands told her where the sword would be going, without the risk of a free hand getting another weapon out of a hidden sheath. She sensed the sword coming down at her shoulder and neatly sidestepped, flipping her sword in her grip in an attempt to block the strike from beneath.
"You're good. Who do you practice with?" she asked curiously.

"Thanks your pretty good yourself," Will said as he let the two sword meet each other and then jump back putting a it of distance between the two. "My sparring partner is my sister. She is the one who started to teach me when I decided to try. So who taught you?"

Eowyn smiled and allowed him to maintain the distance, stepping back to spin her practice sword idly in one hand. "Thank you. I practice quite a bit. My sister taught me. She usually uses two swords, though, and she likes to play tricks." The kybernetik straightened up a bit. That was putting things a bit mildly. Kayce was prone to decoys and distraction tactics, among other things.

Will just stood there keeping his distance as he listened to Eowyn. "What kind of tricks does she play," said Will as he kept an eye on Eowyn, keeping the sword limp in his hand for a minute acting relaxed in every way possible, but not.

"Decoys, feints... she likes to switch both swords into one hand and pull her dagger on me." Eowyn relaxed a bit, her head tilted to one side as she thought. What other tricks did her devious fae sister like to pull on her? There weren't enough words in the world to describe how devious Kayce was.
The kybernetik swung her sword around, point upwards, held in front of her face. "She's fast too. She can twist around and get behind me in the blink of an eye."
