 Ushaufu yawned as he stretched out his slim, black paws. The sun was about one quarter away from setting and it was usually the time he woke up. In other words? Things were getting boring and he was getting too accustomed to his daily life. Or perhaps his daily life was just wrapping itself around him?
With a soft sigh he stood and stretched his back legs, ears perking as his amazingly light colored eyes took in his surroundings. "Things could be much more fun!" He stated to himself with a slightly crooked smile. He began to move through the savanna with slow, care-free steps.
That is, until he spotted a bright red form not so far off from him. His tongue ran over his chops in a ravenous manner and his eyes narrowed as his body went into 'stalk' mode. He had taken the red for blood; little did he realize no metallic scent of blood was on the air.
Siyo was at his limit. He'd been running for three days straight, he hadn't slept a wink and he hadn't eaten from the day he'd left. Oh he'd felt so guilty the whole time he was running away, but he needed something more! He wasn't sure who he was in life, or if life was really supposed to be this miserable.
So there he was, curled on the ground and almost passed out. He was feeling slightly delirious, he was hungry and spent. Where was he supposed to find food? Shelter? Happiness... nothing else mattered unless he could find a place he was happy in.
And unfortunately for him, it was not that precise spot he'd chosen to lay down in. In fact, he didn't know he was being targeted by another.

The brown youngster had seen the movements of another lion, his white paws were nearly as black as the rest of legs, he had also been travelling for days upon end with hardly anything to eat and little to drink.
He moved a little slower as he saw the movements but as the blacker lion seemed to start stalking, Riziki saw what it was he was stalking and surely the lion didn't eat other lions?
Without a seconds thought he pounced at the stalking lion and roared at the same time so that the other one would hear. Riziki hadn't ever really played with others in his life so the thought that they might be playing together didn't really make its way into his head.

Usha's eyes widened and he snarled as another body slammed into his; why hadn't he noticed it? His fur was bristling as he let himself settle on the ground, he wasn't foolish enough to struggle against the other. He showed his teeth though as his eyes finally took in the sight of the brown lion. He also had green eyes... in fact Usha thought they were a rather good likeliness of his own.
"Don't! Be quiet!" He hissed. "Can't you tell I'm hungry?" He said, as if this other was a stupid little cub and not the same age as he!
Siyo's ears lifted and his whole body jerked as he lifted his head, jerking it about until it landed on the 'roarer'. Rather, two cubs seeming to have a little fight on the ground!
He slowly got to his feet. "Hey.. hey what's going on?" He called weakly toward the two. Why were they fighting?

Riziki just stared at the other lion and then laughed.
"If you want to eat maybe you should check what it is you are hunting unless you are eating lions." He spoke smoothly as if talking down to the other lion, he was happy to play this game all day if the other one wanted to talk down to him then he would back, simple.
He then turned to the red lion and bowed his head, "Sorry this stupid lion thought you were food." He smiled and looked back at the lion he now believed to be a complete and utter idiot.

Usha growled slightly as he picked himself up from off of the ground and shook off his body slightly. His eyes narrowed and his tail lashed back and forth. He slowly looked over to the other 'thing'; he refused to believe what he'd been about to attack was another li-- hold the phone.
Dammit... it was another lion! Usha would surely be blushing if he could right now. "Er no... I don't eat lions as a matter of fact... I just made a mistake.." He wanted to bop this idiot in the face.
Siyo's eyes just widened and he thought about trying to find a hole to crawl under. "It's alright.." He suddenly said to the both of them. "It's happened before... it's okay.." He just didn't want the two to be fighting on his account.
"My name is Siyo.." He said suddenly, trying to change the subject on them.
