Get somebody who is talented at sewing to make you some and it will be very cheap. I don't entirely know if Hot Topic might have them or not. Who knows. If you go with hand made, I suggest if you are talented with sewing to go to either Hancock Fabrics, Hobby Lobby, or Walmart. Just remember to think of the material you might want to use as well as the color. Personally, if I could make orange leg warmers, I would go to Hancock fabrics and find something that was like a sweater like or very thick (if you're cosplaying in the winter time the thick material comes in handy.)material and the color is a little on the red side since there isn't a true orange.

Actually you could get both at a dance supply store most likely, not to mention Claire's sells legwarmers of all colours including orange.
