ok this is about screw ups in the movie not differences between the book and movie!
like when the head mistress from Beauxbatons is sitting at the head table it flashes to Hagrid and McGonnigal is sitting between Hagrid and the other professeur. but when it goes back to Hagrid she is not there.
that is the kind of thing i am talking about. it is fun to see what you notice when you watch a movie for the zillionth time

I loved all the movies and a site called mugglenet.com is always searching for mess ups in the movies. In fact they have a whole section about the movies devoted to the mess up's! Like in the second one when Harry's talking to Dobby, they accidently left the floating green ball in Harry's glasses.

In PoA, when the dementors are attacking Harry and Sirius, Sirius's eyes are wide open and he gasps, but in the next frame is is completely unconscious! I laugh everytime I see that.
Oh, in the first one, when Harry is fighting Vernon over a letter, he says "They're my letters! Let go of me!" His mouth doesn't move- it was dubbed in later.

Here is 2 for you...
Harry saw Quirrell die in SS but yet he only sees the thestrals for the first time in OOTP after Cedric dies. To take it back one more step he also saw his mom die even if he was just a baby and dont remember it.
Also did any one notice that after the first movie Dan's eyes changed from green to blue, its because he could not wear the color contact lenses.
