Clans Within Konohagakure Village
Aburame clan
Known members: Shino Aburame, Shibi Aburame

The Aburame clan (油女一族, Aburame Ichizoku?, "Aburame family") is perhaps the most mysterious clan of Konoha. Not much is known about this clan, except that they use insects as weapons. One defining trait of the Aburame clan is that all of its (known) members wear dark sunglasses that hide their eyes.
The insects live in symbiosis within the body of the ninja. The bugs reside just under their host's skin and can leave and enter through various pores, apparently by eating their way through the skin. The insects are called "kikaichu" or "kikai mushi", meaning "destruction bugs." In the American dub they are called "parasitic beetles." They feed on chakra as a food source. The relationship between the shinobi and the insects is mutually beneficial. The host grants the bugs shelter and allows them to feed off their chakra, their body becoming a living hive, and in return the bugs do the user's bidding, allowing the shinobi to perform ninjutsu-like techniques without the use of hand seals or chakra conversion. A female bug can be left on a target and then they can be tracked by smell, or scout bugs can be sent out and return to tell the host information about the area. For this reason, Aburame clan members are experts in espionage (they can communicate with the insects) and stealth (because they make no noise or motion during combat).
Akimichi clan
Known members: Choji Akimichi, Choza Akimichi
The Akimichi clan (秋道一族, Akimichi Ichizoku?, "Akimichi family") is one of the four noble clans of Konoha. They are able to convert calories into chakra, which they then use in their hidden technique, Multi-Size Technique and its various related jutsu.
The Akimichi clan seems to have a special relationship with the Nara clan and Yamanaka clan. For at least two generations, members of these three families have formed an "Ino-Shika-Cho trio", named after the first part of the names of the members. The Akimichi members are the Cho in the trio. "Ino", "Shika" and "Cho" are the names of three cards needed for a highly prized trick of "Inoshikacho" in the Hanafuda.
The name "Akimichi" means "the road in the season of autumn". "Aki" means "autumn", which is a time of harvest. "Michi" means street, which is where vendors sell food.
Hyuga clan

The Hyuga clan (日向一族, Hyūga Ichizoku?, "Hyūga family") is one of oldest noble clans in Konoha. Clan members possess a kekkei genkai, the Byakugan, which they utilize in the associated Gentle Fist style. Members of the clan are typified by their lavender eyes, which lack pupils.
The clan is separated into the main house (宗家, Sōke?) and the branch house (分家, Bunke?), with the latter being subservient to the former. The branch house members are controlled through the use of a cursed seal, and the special clan techniques that they can learn are correspondingly restricted by the main house. This association exists to protect the Byakugan from outsiders, and the cursed seal removes the Byakugan from branch members upon death. This has led to tensions between the main and branch houses, at least in recent generations.
Inuzuka clan
Known members: Kiba Inuzuka, Tsume Inuzuka, Hana Inuzuka
The Inuzuka clan (犬塚家, Inuzuka ke?, "Inuzuka family") is known for their use of dogs as fighting companions. Clan members are apparently given their own canine partner or partners when they reach a certain age. Thereafter, the shinobi and his/her dog(s) are practically inseparable. Clan members have distinctive red fang markings on their cheeks, animalistic eyes, and enlarged canine teeth.
The name "Inuzuka", meaning "house of dogs", belongs to a clan which was one of the most powerful in the Chiba Prefecture in Japan during the Edo period. They were known as "dog warriors" and worshipped Inu ("Dog"), a deity representing the zodiac sign of the dog. The name "Inuzuka" also originates from Hakkenden, a novel about a dog samurai.
The (known) Inuzuka members are all named after a part of the body of a dog (nose, claw, fang), while their dogs are named after colors (red, gray, black).
Kurama clan

The Kurama clan is a clan of extremely skilled genjutsu users, introduced in the anime. This talent in genjutsu is due to the unnamed kekkei genkai that the clan possesses. However, once every few generations, a member of the clan will be born with such enormous skill in genjutsu that their illusions can actually produce tangible effects that occur in reality. They were originally one of the more prominent clans in Konohagakure, but their numbers have severely dwindled.
Nara clan
Known members: Shikamaru Nara, Shikaku Nara, Yoshino Nara
The Nara clan (奈良一族, Nara Ichizoku?, "Nara clan") is known for their manipulation of shadows and tending of deer, which graze in a large area of Nara clan forest. They have kept a book with medicine preparations and effects for generations. Among the medicine described in this book are the secret pills used by the Akimichi clan. The men from this family are very lazy and tend to be attracted to overbearing women. The Nara members are the Shika in the "Ino-Shika-Cho" trio.
Uchiha clan

The Uchiha clan (うちは一族, Uchiha Ichizoku?, "Uchiha family") is a clan specializing in fire-based jutsu and possesses a kekkei genkai, the Sharingan. They were the founders of the Konoha Military Police, whose emblem bears the Uchiha crest. They were once one of the most powerful clans in Konoha, but the entire clan was killed by Itachi Uchiha, with the sole exception of his brother Sasuke Uchiha, and Mandra Uchiha.
-Mengekyou Sharingan- Obtained by killing your best friend according to itachi, however it can also manifest through experiance, and even through the loss of close friends.
-Mengekyou Sharingan Lvl 2- This is the final stage of the sharingan, it is obtained by removing the eyes of a sibling who has a Mengekyou sharingan. Its abilities still are unkown, it is however able to reverse the blindness caused by the Mengekyou sharingan.
Yamanaka clan
Known members: Ino Yamanaka, Inoichi Yamanaka
The Yamanaka clan (山中家, Yamanaka ke?, "Yamanaka family") runs a flower shop and specializes in manipulating the minds of their opponents. The Yamanaka members are the Ino in the "Ino-Shika-Cho" trio. The name "Yamanaka" means "in the middle of the mountain".

This special bloodline allows the user to alter his or her bone structure. This allows them to have sharp spikes that extend from their normal body structure. These bones are also extremely solid, almost as solid as steel.
The Rinnegan

The Rinnegan eyes were first possessed by the founder of the ninja world and the creator of the first jutsu, the Six Realms Sage. It is characterized by a number of concentric circles around the pupil. The Rinnegan gives the user the ability to control all six types of Elemental Chakra. It's assumed that it also gives the user the ability to control rain, create copies of anyone they desire, transfer in between bodies, and gives he or she an unique array of summons.
When Pain uses any number of his other bodies at a single time, he also has the power to be able to see from each of their points of view at the same time. The Rinnegan is by far the most powerful of the three great eye techniques.

It is believed that this bloodline originated in the Mist Village. Both of these techniques are composed of the element: water. The first technique, Demonic Ice Mirrors, is a move in which the user surrounds the opponent in mirrors made of ice and water. The user can then travel from mirror to mirror attacking the opponent in a way hard to defend. The second technique, Flying Water Needles, is basically what the name tells. The user releases sharp needles of ice at the opponent.

The Aiyoku clan genealogy starts far back in the 400 A.D. when the western world was devised of jutsus meant for the physical ‘pleasure’ of human happiness. It had been founded by a slave trade owner and his house of compliant female servants. Taking root with the eastern world the man brought on the disciplines of geisha to these women and laid them to bed with special techniques to aide them in the struggle to become more than just ‘pleasure slaves.’
As the time passed it was obvious that one certain lineage held a more prominent ability to seduce and capture than the rest. Banishing the others the man formed a family line out of this one slave and took her to be his lover. Baring 23 children the woman died at a ripened age of 57 when she was killed by this so called ‘lover.’
Beginning a study of the body, and a living examination of many of the offspring it was concluded that the race had an unusual genetic disadvantage. Woman, were merely carbon copies of the mother while males took on a natural half of the gene pool of both parents. With red hair and grey eyes the females seemed to all be inept to utilizing the father’s own jutsus and kekkei genkai; however, the males held a high potency in his own jutsu and powers.
In nearly sixteen years of research it was concluded exactly what made these people so physically ‘seductive.’ Crossing a chakra leech with a genjutsu artist gave them the ability to unknowingly pick up on male hormones and use an effect against it with a genjutsu that was capable of personifying an image that reached to the hormones. With years of experience attached to many verities of ‘seduction’ the linage was perfected after well over eight generations. It was then that the Aiyoku “Lust” clan was officially made.

Physical traits are passed down by two branches of legacy, male and female. Aiyoku women most often look much like a woman of the legendary clan’s creator, Morgan Aiyoku. Having orange, blonde, or red hair and a very Celtic physical appearance. Most women posses very pale skin and light blue, green, or grey eyes. This is because the female decedents were bred to become ladies of satin and seductresses.
Males from the Aiyoku clan usually take on more of the outsiders genes than the Aiyoku’s. Making them much like a pure essence of the clan it was bred with, but having emotional traits much like all Aiyoku.
----Unspecified bloodline Traits:
In spite of the gender separation all Aiyoku have two very noticeable trait; they are all bound by an unnatural desire to procreate and mentally unstable. As a part of the genes they feel it necessary to have a large family and as usually hold a very deep since of family.
The Aiyoku clan bloodline has a very negative mental handicap. Most that hold this clan name obtain tremendous mental disabilities including sociopathic tendencies, depression, and general mental instability. Each holding their own problems Aiyoku seems to be able to accept this part of their nature and though not always properly handle this sometimes crippling mental handicap.
The Type of Kekkai Genkai Is

This is used to summon items normally associated with rest. Namely beds, any sort and any type.
Sapphire Eyes [C-Rank]:
While in the contact of eyes the user is able to keep the opponent from moving as long as eye contact is kept.
Enticement [B-rank]:
By seductively ‘tugging’ a person forward with only a gentle geisha smile prey often times ‘walks right into’ the trap made.
The Kiss of the White Fern [B-Rank]:
A ninjutsu that causes paralysis when the users places a kiss on the opponent.
Bird of Paradise [B-Rank]:
A genjutsu set deep inside the mind were one is trapped in a ‘Eden’ like maze. A physical connection is made where a transforming bird/flower leads the enemy astray deeper and deeper into the puzzle.
Siren Skill [A-Ranked]:
A genjutsu that requires bells to attack the brain and force the mind to drown out imagery, sound, and smell by the presence of a siren goddess who attempts to seduce the victim.
Petal Style: Meisai Gakure- Camouflage Concealment [A-Rank]:
Meisai Gakure no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used by Aiyoku clan. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja can grant themselves near invisibility within flowerbeds and flower barring trees. So far only the Sharingan eye and its revelation abilities has been shown to pierce the veil and see the hidden ninja. It is unknown if the Byakugan can penetrate the jutsu and see the user's chakra circulatory system.

Allows the user to link mentally with the victim until daybreak the next day.
The Clan's Abilities Are
All Aiyoku carry the same sole ideal: "If it cannot be beaten, breed with it!" This clan has thrived several generations aided by that sole principal. Aiyoku are known for being highly fertile people, usually having large families with anywhere from 5 to 20 offspring. This trait is essential, because of their unreasonably high death/suicide rate. Only about 15% of children at the age of 13 live to adulthood due to the torturous teachings and mental damage caused by their Geisha disciplines. Those that do survive are known as ideal lovers, housewives, and maidens, while males are revered as perfect gentlemen, until you get to know them.
Though most persons holding the blood of the Aiyoku clan developed their own techniques to better the clan, they easily acquire a natural understanding of the psyche to aide their seductive nature. They can breakdown subtle human actions and link them with deep synopsis of their psyche then use a genjutsu to quickly finish the job.
Because their super ego (Inner mature adult) of the psyche is extremely overworked due to genjutsu and psyche analysis, the id (Inner child) is often exposed making these persons seem immature. With an exposed id they can easily become mentally unstable, though they specialize in genjutsu, they are very weak against it as well. god2005 Name of the Clan: Kodahma (meaning Echo in Japanese)

There are only: There are many surviving members since they are generally mercenaries and are willing to work for whomever pays. However, the amount of those who are gifted enough to utilize the innate abilities are limited as there are only 10-15 who are capable in a generation.

Kuroi no Kumo (Dark Cloud)

Description- The user sends a dark toxic gas through their lungs and mouth to cover an area. At the lower stages they can only fill up a small room. However, at the higher levels they can fill a whole village of course, it would utilize more chakra. The gas is denser then air and thus hugs from the ground to twelve feet. The gas burns ones eyes though nothing fatal and also stings and chokes the mouth like smoke. Gas masks are effective against it, but due to its dark nature a person utilizing it will still have zero visibility unless they have some sort of doujutsu to help see.
Magen: Oto Bunshin no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Sound Clone Technique)

Description: The user simply says “multiply” and then distorts the frequency so that the ocular nerve is affected. By doing this the user distorts the opponent’s visual perception making them see several replications of the user. None of the replications have any real substance and will be swiped right through if the opponent tries to attack them.

Description- The Kodahma Clan members focuses Chakra modified into the sound element within their mouth. They then focus, speed up the chakra, and raise the frequency to such a level that it actually becomes a laser. Before the actual transformation the user opens his mouth unleashing the beam. When one first learns it they can only shoot one defined laser that can pierce through even metal. However, at a truly powerful level they can create up to three. Of course the more lasers one attempts to make the weaker they will be same goes for attempting to make the laser wider and less avoidable.
Otoha no Jishin (Sound Wave Earthquake)

Description- The user punches the ground modifying the sonic waves to disrupt the ground causing a seismic wave almost similar to a mini earthquake pointed in whatever direction the user chooses. Depending on the strength of the user and how much chakra they pump into molding the sonic waves depends on how wide and long the seismic wave goes on for.
"Banshee Wail" (to be given japanese name when time is available)

Description-Only available to high ranking Kodahma members. The user yells and then manipulates the sound to make it the frequency so loud that it even breaks the pain threshold and the sound waves become visible. By doing this the wail can actually destroy physical matter ripping up all objects and even possibly tearing apart the opponent it is very hard to dodge since the the attack travels at the speed of sound. The only downside is that the frequency is so high that not even the user can deafen their ears enough to escape damage and thus gradually becomes more and more deaf as he/she uses it.
Genjutsu
"Silent Death" (to be given a japanese name when time is available)

Description-Only available to Kodahma members the user snaps their finger and manipulates the frequency to a point where it messes with the ocular senses and makes the person temporarily blind. They can hear and smell everything just cannot see which is to the advantage of the Kodahma since they make no noise.
The Clan's Abilities Are
Special bloodline ability is that people from the Kodahma clan can manipulate sound. One thing their body can do is that their ears can take certain sounds and amplify it thus if someone was whispering someone from the clan could amplify what the ear should be hearing and hear whatever the person is saying perfectly clear. Their bodies are also one with sound meaning that they can make their whole body soundless. They can walk through leafs and step on every branch, but deafen the sound so that even the most trained persons could never hear them coming.
When members of the clan become stronger they can also manipulate sound where it can effect others. One ability is that when a clan member punches or kicks an opponent even if they miss the clan member can manipulate the sound waves by heightening the frequency to such a point that it can make the opponent nauseous, dizzy, or even mess with their senses.
At jounin level they can even punch/kick the air in the opponent's direction and manipulate the sound so it can hurt as badly as if they had done it physically (can still be dodged since the sound waves are visible though its just that the user can be up to 25 ft. away and still hit their opponent)
Name of the Clan: Tenkuu Originally Hailed From: Very long ago, when the creation of the Kumogakure occurred the creation of the Tenkuu clan began. The Tenkuu clan is so old that nothing more than the name of it's creator is known "Tenkuu Touza". Though that it is said in the ancient book of the clan that it is a descendant of the old Lightning God that is still an uncertain fact. Nevertheless the villagers still call the greatest shinobi of the clan "Hanjoutei" meaning half-god. Since ancient times the people of the clan have been known to use an extremely powerful and fearful bloodline called "Dendou katachidzukuru" or "Electric Form". The clan is deeply respected as the one of the most powerful clans in the Kumogakure. Its crest is well known and it's shinobi become legendary. The Most Defining features Are: None really other then their supremely energetic attitude. The Type of Kekkai Genkai Is Hijutsu My Chackra Elements Are: Lightning (the users tend to gain another element like all shinobi which tends to be their affinity) There are only: There are only a few left probably five to ten maximum. Most were wiped out during the assault and eventual take over of Kumogakure. My Most recognized Jutsu Are: Type: Nin Rank: E Name: Boushi Senkou(Eye Flash) Requirements: Electric Form & eye to eye contact Description: an easy to learn and useful jutsu. the user releases some of the electrical charges in his body through his eyes to the opponents eyes dealing minimum damage but blinding him for about 1-1,5 seconds Type: Nin(preparation technique) Rank: D Name: Nou Hinoko (Brain Sparks) Requirements: Electric Form & physical contact Description: A must know technique for all Tenkuu shinobi. This is maybe one of the most important techniques since it's a preparation. When the user possessing the "Electric Form" hits an enemy he immediately discharges some of the electric particles under his control into the opponent's body. The larger the number of the charges placed into the body-the larger the effect of the technique used Type: Tai&Nin Combination Rank: D Name: Niontei (Two step) Requirements: Electric Form Description: To increase the effect of Nou Hinoko and with that the effect of their ninjutsu the Tenkuu clan had to make physical contact possible even when fighting against a Taijutsu specialist so they created the Tenkuu clan's fighting style Niontei. The style is simply said but is difficult to perform because it consists of two of the most essential things for a shinobi-Ninjutsu and Taijutsu. The shinobi uses the charges in his body to increase his moving pace by one step meaning in close range he can make two distinct hits at a second delay time. Though it is a powerful style it has flaws. It uses up the charges in the body quickly so you cannot use it all the time. Second since you use electricity to move your body it will become numb for a second after you use it so you should use it wisely. Type: Nin Rank: C Name: Nou Hinoko Ryou (Brain Sparks Completion) Requirements: Electric Form & Brain Sparks used on the opponent Description: The user commands the charges in the opponent's body to slowdown the nerve signals coming from the brain thus lowering his reflexes and combat abilities (Slows with about: Chuunin 10%,Jounin 13%,Kage 15%) Type: Nin Rank: B Name: Denka Shuushuu (Charge Collection) Requirements: Electric Form & Brain Sparks used on the opponent Description: Forces the charges laid in the enemy's body to leave and come back to the user. This Jutsu causes pain because the charges leave straight through the body without searching for a path Type: Nin Rank: A Name: Kaminari (Lightning) Requirements: Electric Form Description: The user calls forth a lightning to strike the opponent. This may seem trivial but the trick is that the lightning can appear from anywhere! (Except underground)The lightning is very intense and has a lot of concentrated power within it due to the bloodline limit of the Tenkuu. Type: Nin,Tai & Gen Combo Rank: S Name: Mihattatsu Senkou Dageki (Undeveloped Flash Strike) Requirements: Electric Form & Brain Sparks used on the opponent Description: This is the ultimate technique of the Tenkuu Clan but it is still not fully developed. It has a 70% chance of success. The user flashes in front of his enemy with a strike. With the strike the user flashes on the other side of the opponent while in his previous position there is a illusion (created by the charges in his body) and thusly the user flashes around the opponent without even revealing his true self to the opponent. Type: Nin Rank: S Name: Myaku no Zetsumei Shiagari (Pulsing Death Finish) Requirements: Electric Form, Brain Sparks & Undeveloped Flash Strike used on the opponent Description: While using the Flash Strike Technique the user deliberately hits the user thus enclosing even more charges in his body. When enough charges are inserted in the opponent the user stops in the middle of the Flash Strike technique and jumps in the air (The enemy doesn't sense this because the illusions are still intact and keeping his mind occupied). During the Jump The user gathers energy and lands delivering the final blow to the enemy with a giant lightning bolt to the body of the opponent. Normally the enemy wouldn't die from this technique but since the Flash Strike inserts charges the damage is multiplied The Clan's Abilities Are: "Dendou Katachidzukuru" a power allowing the user to absorb a large amount of electrical charges via lightning bolts summoned either from the user or from the enemy. This power grants the user a boost of his current speed (AS-20%|Genin-30%|Chuunin-50%|Jounin-80%), grants him a lightning resistance boost(when Jounin level it's almost an immunity)and of course allows using the Tenkuu clan's jutsus.
