Yesterday I trained Zarla in Sunset Sky and got 28 more percent towards level 17. Right now I'm training her in the OCnstruction Site North of Kerning City and waiting for her to heal. Wait a minute, I'm supposed to be going south! Oops.

So this is my current training plan. I'm going to travel to each city by foot and gain a levl by the time I get to the next city. So right now I'm (supposed to be, gotta switch course) on my way from Kerning to Henesys. There are nine maps in between the two cities, and I started out with about 17%, so I have to get 8% in each map to get to level 17 by the time I get to Henesys. But I was having a really good time in Sunset Sky yesterday, and ended up getting all the way to 45% just hanging around there from a couple of hours. Right now I'm at fifty something percent. Then, once I get to Henesys, I'll do the math to figure out howw many percent for each map it'll take me to get to Ellinia at level 18, and so on, until I arrive back at Kerning at level 20. And then I'll finally be able to use the Cocnut Knife!
Something that sucks about theives if that their armor doesn't start to really look cool until level 20. Or at least not for girls.
If your main character happens to be a mage, and you're reading this, could you take a moment to tell me how you got through Maple Island? Did you up your strength, even though you knew you shouldn't have, etc? Thanks.
