So I was watching America's Next Top Model the other night. I live in Canada, but we get as much, if not more, American TV and commericals than Canadian. So unless something is specifically local I assume it can be seen in the US as well.
Anyway, there was a L'oreal commerical on during the break, and Aishwarya Rai was in it!! Her, and like Eva Longoria and someone else I don't care about. I was like what's she doin' here? I didn't realise she was famous enough in the US/Canada to land herself on a L'oreal ad. I know she's one of the most highest paid actresses in the world, etc etc, but still. Anyone know what the deal is?
PS: She looked STUNNING!! heart

I remember the first time I saw her on the commerical. I'm a fan of Buffy, so one morning during the summer, I woke up at six to watch the episode, and I was kind of half asleep during the commericals, and I was in and out, and I totally saw her on the TV... but it's so weird, because it felt like a dream. xd Anyway, that L'Oreal ad was actually on for the Oscars, as well. It was sooo cool to see. biggrin I don't know how famous she is here, but she was Miss World 1994. I also remember when it was her birthday last year, November 2nd, there was a thing on the news about her, and my mom caught it. She said the news was something about "Bollywood actress' birthday", and I was like, "Oh, yeah, Aishwarya Rai!" Back on track. I believe she also does commericals in India for L'Oreal, and I think her voice is dubbed for one of the commericals in the U.S., but I'm not a hundred percent sure. Hope that helps. biggrin

syromalu418 i havnt cn that commercial...mayb its only for the east coast...anyways she is ayk in another american movie...sadly no one in my school know her yet...they will! twisted The Last Legion (2007) comes out soon and she's in it.
