Can't Figure Something Out?

Ehm.
Well I've only made one crew member lately.
All the first ones were 'cause they helped with the idea and they were all there in the thread when everything started.

The most recent one was because she's here all the time.
She posts a lot.
She hasn't broken a rule so far.
I noticed that she was participating a lot.

So do those things and after awhile I'll take notice and think about it.
