Basically, I have been wanting to hash out this plot since I got my character on the island. My idea is to have Seth and some other islanders dig a large 'pipe' style tunnel from a remote location on the island somewhere (there seems to be less activity on the south side of the island, or the jungle area), to the Feral Labs HQ building, breach the boundary of the fence (perhaps cutting through it underground?), dig back up to the surface once under the fence, then the islanders could commandeer some of the Feral Labs jeeps, hotwire them to make them start, then use them for ramraiding through the fence (also steal car batteries out of a few to disable them, as well for their battery acid). The battery acid could be loaded into ordinary spray bottles and used against the guards as weapons (ever gotten acid in your eyes? It STINGS like hell and can blind you if its strong enough).
Once inside the fence perimeter, they could also cause all sorts of havoc, setting fire to jeep gas-tanks, get inside the building and attempt to set it on fire, you name it.
Seth's IC wishes has been to get there and steal the helicopter to fly off the island. But that couldn't feasibly happen unless somebody were to overpower James, or find somebody who actually knows how to FLY the dang thing. At least if theyr'e in the perimeter of the fence, they can cause some serious destruction, or payback. And that's what a lot of the 'renegade' islanders want, I would guess.
Equipment needed:-
- Ordinary shovels (stealable from Gaius's construction site) ACQUIRED
- Wooden beams for holding up underground tunnels (stealable from Gaius's construction site)
- Bolt cutters or sturdy wire clippers... or a good pair of scissors (such as bone-cutting scissors, which one would find in a foodstuffs preparation environment, such as the cafeteria) This is the ONE thing I am having the most trouble obtaining through RP...
- Spray bottles, or empty shampoo bottles (easily acquired from the duplexes)
The dirt from the tunnels would be used to build this second 'distraction' project - a statue of Moreau, or Sabin, or Aubrey.
This is where the wire cutters would come from - a statue like this would need an incredibly sturdy wire frame. This art was drawn some time ago. The statue would probably need to end up larger.
I thought this might be a fun plot to try and turn into a big group RP, to give people something to join in on, and to give my chara something to do. Plus the aftermath and/or punishment afterwards from the failure of this plan could end up rather fun.
So feel free to speculate, contribute, add, or help out. This plot is going stale and I'm a tad unhappy about that. I've thrown a few plot bunnies at people so far during IC RP, and nobody came through for me. I really wanna get this off the ground properly, but it's gonna need more help.
