I ABSOLUTELY AND UDESPUTEDLY HATE RACISM! anyone that looks at another differently because of their race or skin color i hate. people have been racist to me in the past and i hate and regret not telling on them but im not a snitch.
why do people do it??? u hate racism? reply!

I agree, and hate it as well. Unfortunitly, there are still a ton of people who are still in the "race" mindset, and until they evolve, we will all be subject to their stupidity.
It will end someday. Things keep getting better.

People has an annoying attribute, which is hate anyone who is different than them. Thus, white people hate black people and the opposite. The man who made the racism was a total jerk, meaning he was sick in his mind, and used his hatred and the other people's fear of the different to create hatered between the so-called "races", and the result is that people hate, curse, and abuse people like you. As a religious Jew, I despite racism. The Torah wants us all to live in Harmonie, love each other and respect anyone.

I am sorry to disappoint you, but you will find racism among Jews as well; does the conflicts between Aschkenazim and Mizrachim and the humiliating attitude toward to new immigrants/work immigrants in Israel tell you something?
I think, for our sake, that it's more important to cross the racialism phenomenon that is found within us, before complaining about racialism in general, since we are as bad as them by this case.

I think prejudice of any kind is horrible, and I will admit, I am prejudice myself...but I generally don't speak of it aloud. Once again, Shaina is right, these people are stupid, and need to understand race has nothing to do with anything, and until that day, we will have to put up with the hatered...

Unfortunately, you are right. However, we never said that we were perfect. I think that an international effort is required for this matter.

Today in my American History class, we were discussing the Dred Scott v. Sanford supreme court case (go here for more information on it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dred_Scott_v._Sandford) So basically, my teacher said during the discussion, "What if we all looked exactly alike? Same skin color, hair, height, religion, everything? Would we all get along?" After she let this sink in, she said, "I guarantee that by noon we would all be dividing ourselves on something. Be it wealth, native land, social standing etc."
So the words aren't exactly the same, but you get the idea. I mean we can work for no racism in the world, but someone out there is going to keep telling other people these hateful things and it will keep getting passed on. Sure it's sad, but I really do not think that racism is something that will ever disappear; the veins just run too deep. I'm not saying we shouldn't try to make this world happier, 'cause I'd love to see that as much as the next person, it's just that most of these issues, like the racism of african-americans and anti-semitism have been going on since history was first recorded. I guess humans are just naturally- a bit- prejudice, since think about it, we've been seeing all these so-called "Right ways" to be from the cradle.
