I'm just a bit curious...which do ya guys tink is better? the PS2 version of the Guitar Hero 2 or the Xbox 360 version?...it may be a silly question but the comercial told me dat the Xbox 360 was a better version....were they lieing to meh? eek .....anyways yeah....your opinions mons? mrgreen

It happens to be the exact same game. With like 20 more songs. GH2 for PS2 has 55+ songs and GH2 for 360 has 70+ songs and you will eventually be able to download new songs via Xbox Live.

you already can download songs from Xbox live. also, booter, is better, with a canadian accent.

i say ps2 because i have a chiped ps2 and hgo on scorehero .com so i ge to download songs so i have like 70 or more on he os2 one but shhhh razz

The 360 has 2 extra songs that didnt come on the PS2, But its loadtimes are about 2-3 seconds longer than the PS2 versions. I personally hate it.
As for the guitars, they have LOTS of problems with innerference from other things in the room and other wifi components, And of course their made of the cheapest plastic iv seen. hell, the whammy bar wouldnt even stay in place, it flopped like a wet noodle!
PS2 is STILL better than 360 and xbox.

...honestly I've only tried the PS2 version...and wouldn't want to waste money on a 360 to play GH2[(that's supposedly better?)although I would try it out on the 360 if one of my friends gets GH2 and I get to try it out]...so I'd have to say PS2...plus GH came out originaly for PS2...
but if it's coming out for the 360, then does that mean there's a possibility that it could come out on the Wii too?

The 360's guitar is ******** up compared to the PS2. Or maybye that just because ive played the PS2 one forever?

lol nice photo i really hate the 360 version since the fret buttons for the controller is too freaking small and yet whenever i have to pause the game i cant find the start button since its so damn small and since the PS2 version controller its way more easier i go with PS2

Well, it's kind of obvious. PS2 controler has easier controlls, big buttons so it's easy, and the guitars look better. Xbox 360 has small fret buttons, tiny start and select buttons, and the 360's wammy bar is a little jacked up.
