I doubt so, but next year, Slipknot may come out with a new CD. How? They've been on 'break' for so long... How could this be? If this is wrong, someone tell me, because, If it is wrong, THEN SOMEONE'S a** WILL BE WHOOPED.

I have not heard nor seen any word of a new album specifically next year. I have heard they are making a new album and that they are not breaking up, they're just taking a break but i have no clue when the new album's coming out.
I realize how long it took me to say that so you dont need to bother to point it out.

its a rumor. no one knows. corey really is going for anthrax and is most likely going to dump slipknot. wver an interview he became pissed when just the band's name was mentioned. if they return again, it will most likely be without corey.

when i was checking the official slipknot website there was talk about the new album coming out in late 2008, i hope its true since it was on their sight
