Occasionally, when I log in, my action bar icons are either black or the wrong icon entirely. Sometimes it even effects the items in my bags.
And I know the first thing most people are gonna ask is "Have you tried disabling your mods?" Well I had this problem before I ever even used any mods, so I doubt that's the problem. My guild at one point suggested deleting the WTF folder, and that fixed it for a while, then it happened again..

That happens to me sometimes. Re-loging has always fixed it for me. 3nodding

Yeah its pretty normal for some reason. But it is kinda funny when my normal action bars are normal but when I summon my demon his/hers are totally messed up. 3nodding

It's easy to fix black or messed up icons.
/script ReloadUI()
or
/console reloadui
They both refresh the interface.

Minimizing the game when it's going through it's loading screen causes this. Just sit through the loading screen, it's no big deal.

Yeah, it's happened. I just relog and it goes away. Usually it just affects my feral action bar (I'm a druid). I use that action bar every day, and I have it memorized, so I can just keep playing without relogging, it's not too big a deal for me.

I know I'm late to the game on this one... but I also had this happen for a while. It was also causing my game to crash randomly. I figured out it had to do with the type of graphics card that I had. In one of the past patches it stated that people with that card type needed to type in a command so that their card would work correctly with the game and prevent this from happening.
I did it and all my glitches and so forth went away.
If anyone is still having this problem let me know and I'll hunt through the patch notes when I get home and find it for you. smile

OMG! i thought i was the only one lol
it happens on log-in, and randomly when i open bags or quest windows >.>
i don't know what everyone else is talking about. all i do to fix it is minimize the game. that fixes it right up. if i were to do the things they said, it would just do it again XD
