At the risk of sounding terribly juvenile...

... I just found this website.

Soft toys of all sorts of animals, and they even have my favourite animal of all time, the Raven (never more! never more!).

That's a lovely raven smile

I found later on that they even have bats!

And Nuala, you may be interested in their selection of foxes of many types - desert, arctic, bat-eared...

But for some reason the coyotes get no love. There are wolves and foxes and hyenas (oh my!), but no coyotes. I rather fancy a llama though smile

I liked the artic foxes in their summer coats and the sitting wolf the best really.

some of the others just didn't look nice, maybe it was the picture not giving it enough justice?

That site has already been brought to my attention by Nuala, who knows very well just how much money I could spend on there if I had a moment of weakness! eek

Some very, very nice foxes and woofs, no doubt I shall be making a few purchases at some point, seeing as I appear to have bought up about every single fox plush in the rest of existence. mrgreen

I swear that if I buy too many more foxes, a critical mass will be reached, and they're going to all form a giant vulpine singularity and consume the world. So, um, just warning everyone in advance just in case I happen to accidentally destroy the universe and stuff. wink

At least you'll be destroying it in fairly original fashion 3nodding

Well, I always believed my mum when she told me as a little child, "If you're going to destroy the universe, at least do it in an original manner". lol

I would just like to say that the place I have seen which had more bat plushes per square mile than any other is Whitby, North Yorkshire, England. I love that town!

I severely had to resist the bat plushie / rucksack combo...

For those curious as to why that town has so many bat plushes, may I direct you to the novel Dracula?

One day, I will go there when the Goth Weekend is on. That might be the one time when I can get a painting of the Abbey by night, or with a background of storm clouds, rather than all the pleasant picnicky types that I found last weekend.

Still, it was a good trip. You know it's foggy when you can't actually see the Abbey for nine-tenths of the time...
