as soon as the full version comes out i'll open create a thread, and we should get it stickied that lists all of our addresses and stuff, and we should get a house for Kindreds Master and make that our Kindreds Party House, we can decorate it with party items and throw parties on certain days and times

Great idea, Chris!!! **huggles** ^_^ since everyone should have some kind of part items, like the balloons from the anniversary and stuff, we should fill the room up with them, that and the paper hats and the noise maka's...and whatever else, i can't think of many more party related items though...

replace deva members with more active members...

I'm gonna do some Guild cleaning as soon as I'm through with student teaching. 3nodding I had that planned 3nodding I think a additional captain would be good... we will have that as soon as the Guild Cleansing is complete. And I like the Deva idea too so that will also be after the clean-out 3nodding Godd ideas, frat heart

I say you need to rethink the whole structure of the guild. Give people roles, just like before. Lord of Hyrda, basilisk, etc. Have the elders and reinrole a team of active bumpers to post great and wonderful things about the guild rather than just BUMP.
The could say why kindreds is great, and fellow members can agree with them and tell more. its a perfect plan for making Kindreds more active.
Other than that, i agree completely with Fratersangs' post on November 05
