As he spoke and dropped to the floor she sat in front of him and hit him with her paws, trying to push as it head. "Heeeeeeeeeeeeey!!!! Get up, I can't catch rabbits, I'm too small and they too clever. Evil rabbits they are, evil!!" She started to sulk.
She was getting slightly annoyed at the male, though he was nice though seemed a little odd she definatly liked him, he was better then all her sisters anyway. She needed some male friends in her life! Girls got so boring.

Damu kindly ignored the tiny paws batting at his head, pretending to snore faintly. Yet, after she spoke, his head shot up and he gasped in shock. "Did I just hear this blaspheme? A rabbit smarter than a lion?" He blinked his mocha eyes at her. "Why, even a lion still within its mother's womb is smarter than a rabbit!"
Odd wasn't even the tip of the iceberg where it concerned Damu. His moods, his personality even! seemed to switch around so often that he appeared completely different from the young lion he was only a moment before, and even more different from the one he seemed two moments ago! Perhaps that was why Damu had no real friends. Besides his twin, of course.
Rolling his eyes, he got to his paws slowly. "Well, if you're too small, and those hares are just so much smarter than you, I guess the duty has to be left up to me. Woe to the man who must do all the things the little woman cannot," he said dramatically, sighing deeply. It was all farce, of course.
Damu ambled forward towards the rabbit dens, completely unsure of what he was supposed to do. This lack of knowledge showed too, as half an hour later, he was empty-pawed and all traces of any rabbits had long since disappeared into their tiny dens. Shrugging his shoulders irritably, he shuffled back to Umbia. "Guess it's a lost cause," he said gruffly, hunching his hackles as a surly expression came over his face. "I'm sorry, but I'm very tired. It's been a pleasure meeting you," he said, tail flicking at his paws. Without even so much as a backward glance at the young cub, the mocha juvenile walked back towards the center of the Kusini lands.
