I've been working on a G-Gundam fan-fic, and I created an original pilots to go along with it. Here's one and I wanted to know your opinions on him.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Name: Seong Lu Do

Age: 29

Country: Neo North Korea

Fighter's Appearance:

Personality: Harsh, strict, and highly motivated with no sense of humor or remorse.

Bio of Fighter: Raised especially to be a Gundam Fighter, Seong has more of a military background than a childhood. From age 7 he was taught how to fire a gun and at age 9, taught how to use explosives. When he turned 12, he was trained in martial arts and highly disciplined to follow orders. At age 17, he was enlisted in the NNK Military, were he learned to pilot a mobile suit in combat. At age 20 he participated in the 10th Gundam fight with the “Napalm Gundam” and lost. When he returned he was thrown into prison for disobedience for 6 years. Neo North Korea did not participate in the 13th Gundam tournament and stood idly by as the world fought the Dark Gundam. Seong was trained to be a stronger fighter, and skilled in Guerrilla tactics and deception. With his latest Mobile Fighter, the Fission Gundam, he enters the new Gundam fight, determined to win, or die.

Gundam: Fission Gundam
Power- 7400 kilowatts, generated by compact mirco nuclear fission reactor.
Speed- Cruise: 30kph Walk: 62kph Run: 110kph
Offense- Very High (with ext. weapons)/ Moderately High (close combat)
Defense- High (ext. armor on)/ Moderate (standard armor)
Search- High
Adapt- Moderate

Info: Neo North Korea’s Ultimate weapon, the Fission Gundam appears to be more of a combat-ready unit for war. Then again, it’s pilot, Seong Lu Do, is in fact an NNK soldier. Mainly for ranged attacks and surprise tactics, the Fission Gundam carries a supplement of ranged weapons and heavy armor called the “Full Strike Weapons System”. All of these weapons can be chained together to fire at once, in placement order, or individually. The FSWS can be ejected during combat at anytime, allowing increased mobility and close combat effectiveness. It’s deadly secret however, is that instead of a standard Minovsky Particle engine, it uses a “compact micro nuclear fission reactor”. The NNK chose this due to the vast amount of energy the unit consumed; however, this also makes the Gundam deadly to both the pilot and its opponent. Should the reactor leak, the pilot could die from radioactive poisoning. Should it explode, it would have the blast effectiveness of a 27 megaton bomb. Knowing this, the designers included a self-destruct program in the Gundam. Should the pilot fail to defeat their opponent through conventional means, the self-destruct program was to be used as a last-resort option. Due to Seong’s determined attitude of “Win or Die”, this makes the Fission Gundam a deadly opponent to the untrained fighter.

Weapons:
Double Beam Rifle
Right Shoulder mounted Long-range Beam Cannon
Left Shoulder mounted 80mm Rocket launcher
2x 60mm chain-linked vulcans, mounted on head
2x 90mm Gatling-guns, mounted on either arm
2x Beam sabers, located in recharge packs on hip
Self-destruct mode (initiated by pilot)

Ultimate attack: Nuclear Self-destruct sequence

Strength: Heavy External Armor/ Range
Weakness: Slow speed/ limited ammunition

Those are cool. I know its not easy to find the right Gundam much less create a new one. But I think Gundam 02 from 0083 might be a better fit or a gundam that looks like it would fit North Korea's culture.
