xSnakexCharmerx I'm skeptical about Sephy returning, since there is little chance of another FFVII sequel, but he DID promise he would "never be a memory" and I believe it with all my heart!
I never thought about Vincent being Sephy's father before, but it would make so much sense! I mean, put Vincent and Hojo side by side and which one would you choose? Even Lucrecia isn't blind.
As for Loz... Everyone seems to like Kadaj and Yazoo because they are long-haired and prettyful. Loz is oooookay, but I think it's his hair that throws people off. I have a gay friend who ADORES him, though he can think of lewd things for anything.
Example:
Vincent: I come here often.
Mikey: So THAT'S why all the trees are white! Of course there's gonna be another sequel. Squaresoft can still make money off of it. And it's not only his hair that makes me hate him. It's that Sephy was split into three bits and Loz got all the losing traits. Kadaj: Kadaj is intelligent, scheming and charismatic. He is Sephiroth the General the embodyment of Sephiroth's Dominant side. Yazoo: Beautiful, graceful and quiet, Yazoo represents Sephiroth's feminity and submissive nature His willingness to take orders and his desire to give up leading and just be told what to do. Sephiroth the SOLDIER and Sephiroth under control of Mother. Loz: Loz Is bulky, ugly, whiny and has a Oedipus Complex. Loz is the Sephiroth that never knew his mother. Loz is childish and impulsive rash and foolish. Loz is Sephiroth the Child.

I was working on a new theory and that is:
That there was another set of Sephiroth Copies, only these weren't failures.
These were probably kept in the labs and were unable to get out for Reunion becuase they were "Precious experiments." Or maybe they figured they were going to be killed or weren't braindead enough to hear Sephiroth's voice. (I mean, come on, Cloud. You baka.) neutral
But the clones would be in stages, sort of, compared to sephiroth, so;
Loz=Sephiroth as a child
Yazoo=Sephiroth teen to pre-crazy adult
Kadaj=post crazy
Which would also explain the age differences.
If you look at Loz's weapon you'll notice a line that kind of looks like the roman numeral for '1,' which is what started this whole thought of mine.
So:
Loz=#I
Yazoo=#II
Kadaj=#III
Perhaps there are more? (Hopeful.)

Also, did anyone notice that one of the clones (Numberless) in Nibel says "Reunion...ion." rofl
Reminds me of Kadaj.
It could also just be that Loz, Kadaj, and Yazoo are the three numberless clones who are in Nibel, but I think they all died, so probably not.

I like that theory Morgana but I remember more than three clones throughout the game, some of them numbered and some not. My theory is that most of the clones died, and Kadaj Yazoo and Loz were the only remnants (Red XIII kind of plays into that theory too, because of the tattoo on his shoulder, but I'm not quite sure about him at the moment).

Oh, yeah, I've seen numbers II,III,IV,IX (Sumthing like that, I wrote it down somewhere.) They're in Nibel.
I think it's lame that they keep talking about Cloud as the only living clone, I mean, theirs also Nanaki, not to mention Vincent, who isn't a clone but had Jenova stuck in him all the same.
Come on, Cloud didn't even get a number. ><
Why is he so special. (Minus the fact that he's the main character.)

Nanaki is a clone?
He has a number but I don't think that really makes him a clone.

In the game he says that he is afraid of becoming like the other clones at the Golden Saucer hotel when they learn about the clones. (Poor guy.)
Besides, after being in the prescence of dear old Hojo, who doesn't have at least a bit of bit of Jenova in them?

Niether of them got numbers because they're both failures.

Perhaps Sephiroth himself just happens to be the life force he worships? He appeared in the movie because Kadaj joined with the mother, but after Cloud attacked him instead of dying he just wrapped himself in his wing and only Kadaj returned.. no sign of the part of the mother he joined with.. this makes me believe that all that is really needed to bring him back is enough of that manipulated power in one person and the desire to become Sephiroth... that makes him a bit hard to be thought of as 'pure evil' in my mind.. in fact, doesn't that just litterally make him a force of nature? something meant to clense out impurities of sorts? After all nature tends to try and purify itself every once in a while.. even the earth does so. It seems violent and cruel in the way it works, but sometimes forces such as Sephiroth are needed to keep things going. It also explains why Cloud, no matter how hard he tries, can't deny Sephiroth himself as a needed force.
