I was just wondering, did Orochimaru and Tsunade ever taught Sasuke and Sakura how to summon Manda and Katsuyu like Jiraya taught Naruto how to summon Gamabunta? That question had been on my mind lately...

I would disagree, and say probably.
On having enough chakra, Katsuya probably comes out for less chakra, since she's a bit smaller, and Manda demands human sacrifices, so... (Plus, Sasuke has the seal)

But Sakura is well when it comes to chakra. I think she has more of a chance than Sasuke.

They might becuase it seems like it. But still. I have to agree with Sakura~Kusangi in this one since it is true that Sakura can control her chakras, so, I can't really answer this one.

I think I saw an episode (Fillers most likely) that Sakura have to do with Tsunade slug? That all I think that come to close something summoning?

(Plus, Sasuke has the seal) Well then I can't say about Sakura, but if Manda has to have sacrifices to be summoned, then I'd think that'd take Sasuke out of the picture. I mean, Sasuke said he doesn't mindlessly slaughter people, so I can't see him giving human sacrifices to summon. Maybe he can summon other snake besides that one though?

They can all probably summon the anime by now.
Funnily enough, Sasuke DOES mindlessly slaughter people...I remember in a chapter he was standing in the middle of a horde of dead corpses with Orochimaru.
And Sakura's go pwnsome chakra skills. :3

I think Sasuke has the ability to summon Manda, but not the will to kill the human sacrifices. As stated, he wants to kill Itachi in "his own way" and not necessarily rely on Orochimaru when it comes to his personal methods.
Plus, he only wants to kill Itachi. I'm not sure he's big on the human sacrifice thing. I think, to date, we have yet to see Sasuke actually kill someone. (Orochimaru doesn't count).
Likewise, Sakura probably has the ability to summon Katsuya. Why haven't we seen it yet? I'm not sure. Go question Kishimoto on his irrational development with the female characters who have barely received enough page/screen time. -_-
If we see Katsuya, or Sakura summoning the slug, it will most likely be during a battle. She's not important enough to have an entire chapter dedicated to her or anything related. ;____; *still waiting for Ino/Sakura interaction*
