The Only Astrology Book You'll Ever Need by Joanna martine Woolfolk really is a fact filled interesting book. It basically is one of the best books you'll find for astrology.

That's a great book, and really helps when you're first learning how to construct a Western Natal Chart.

Right now I'm reading/studying The Complete Astrological Handbook for the Twenty-first Century, it has information on Chinese, Tibetan, Vedic, Arabian, Judaic & Western Astrology. (ISBN is 0805210865, in case you're interested) I would highly recommend this book for those of you that would like to learn about Vedic Astrology.

All of you MUST read Linda Goodman's Love Signs and Linda Goodman's Sun Signs. This woman is the goddess of Astrology.

Linda Goodman's Sun Signs was one of the first Astrology books I've ever read. I liked it very much. 3nodding

Of course, I also like Born on a Rotten Day by Hazel Dixon-Cooper. It's really amusing to hear about the bad side of the zodiac, instead of sugar-coating you usually find.

Ooo, yupyup. I went to Barnes and Noble the other day and bought Born on a Rotten Day (only because I recognized the title from this guild) It's a really funny book, and I love it too death. *hugs book* Very nice investment. smile
Actually the book is right beside me. O.O It follows me.

Born On A Rotten Day is a classic.

She has another new book: Love on a Rotten day.

I saw that book at Barnes and Noble too. Has anyone read it? I might just go back out and buy it.

I'ts pretty good, but Born on a Rotten Day was more accurate in descriptions. This one's still a great buy.

I highly recommend "Mystic Medusa's Sun Signs" - by Mystic Medusa, quick recap is an extremely blunt, amusing look at all the signs, from character traits to what they're like in love and with money and in relation to each other.

"Born on a Rotten Day" and "Love on a Rotten Day" are both great too.

Born on a Rotten Day and Love on a Rotten Day are my staples, and honestly the basis of my understanding of the signs. I think she points out a lot of very common traits that other astrologers tend to overlook. I mean, everyone know's about Sagittarius's happy-go-lucky side, but who knew that a disproportionate number of serial killers are also under the sign? And who else would mention how a Taurus's jaw sets right before they bellow? These are things you just need to know. xp

In my opinion, one of the greatest astrologers ever was Linda Goodman (unfortuantly she died from cancer I think) My mom has almost every sinlge book of hers! This one called Linda Goodman's Love Signs is awesome & is really informative about all sign pairings! If anyone ever stumbles upon a Linda Goodman book I highly recommend it! 3nodding
