Just because you've read it somewhere before doesn't mean those can't be Ligier's own thoughts, you know. They may just coincide with what you read, or someone else's opinion on the subject.

Also, true goodness is impermanent. So is true evil, if they exist.

No, you are simply deluded that far to believe it.

On a relative level, there is good and bad,

and on the absolute,. in the view of emptiness, (of course after we join the 2 accumulations, coming onto the path of Seeing) we see that good and bad are illusions.

I wouldn't posit that Suchness has non-existent, relative concepts as elements. "True good" and "true evil" are phantoms conjured by mental consciousness.

Concepts are part of Suchness; they are illusions, they are incorrect, but their existence and formation in our minds cannot be disregarded.
