I'm going to start over mainly because when I first played it, I didn't know what to do and now I do. So... the infamous question. Who to marry... Celia or Nami. I married Celia in my first game... considering to marry her again...

She tends to walk around alot.
you can find her:
near the mansion
near Gustafa's hut
at the bar
in the tomato patch
walking around
in her room
she is often the first to wake up and the last to fall asleep. If you do not catch her as soon as she enters her room at night or before she leaves in the morning. I would opt for the former, as getting up before her is harder than raising a perfect version of every animal.
Nami likes:
Things from the dig site
fall flowers
Nami will only let you give her one item a day, even after you propose to her.
I was able to get Nami to accept my proposal by the end of summer, which is a in itself.

I usually find Nami on the path near the mansion. She goes other places but I think she tends to be there more than anywhere else.

I tend to find her alot by the inn of by Gustafa's house.
