I think, that Ichigo and Rukia will go back to soul society together.
He will become a captian while she is his vice captian.
They then can be together alllll the time and possibly get married. >.>
Since Ichigo, basically is a shinigami he will age very slowly just like rukia.
Can't you just imagine their wedding vows?
"Rukia, I'm always going to protect you..."
"*smack* You idiot! Don't just worry about me! You could get yourself killed trying to protect me!"
"*Ichigo rubs his head* Ow! You b***h! Why cant you take something I say to heart for once!"
Then the priest is like "you may kiss the bride"
and Rukia just grabs him, tells him to shut the help up...then SMOOCH!
