I just wanted to know what everyone would like to see
happen with this guild of ours. Since I have recieved
the honor of "running" the guild, I would very much
like to get everyone's opinions and ideas for how to
make things run more-smoothly and be more fun for
all of us as well as our new members who may join in

i think more of the members need to get involved in discussions

maybe pming those who rarely post asking that they participate more?

You seem like you could write a pleasant request for them to participate.
Actually, I am quite fond of the idea of your request; I know those who
recieve one would be glad to talk after reading one. *lol* I am very
confident in your actions and would therefore hope that you could be in
charge of PM-ing members who have posted very little or not at all.
