+After sending Raven_nite a brief PM saying that you are a patient, follow these steps to be treated:

1. Fill out this brief form

Injury or Illness:
Notes:

2. Copy/Paste it into the forum
3. Wait for the nurse to question you.
4. Follow the nurses instructions (usually to wait for a doctor)
5. Send a breif PM to Raven_nite saying that you are now a successfully treated patient of Capitol City Hospital.++

++Welcome to the Applications Center!++

If you are interested in being a nurse or doctor, this is the place to apply! Nurses and doctors have the responsibilities of knowing which potion, pill, or other first aid need to give the patient. Let me break it down to a more simple form.

Nurse: Aknowledges the patient's presence in the Emergency Room and questions them about their sickness/injury. Afterwards, he/she admits them to the doctor. If the doctor prescribes a pill or potion, the nurse then gives the patient their prescription.

Doctor: Looks over the nurse's evaluation and prescribes the pill or potion accordingly after a breif questioning of anything the nurse missed. Should the patient have a broken bone, the doctor will apply the cast, underwraps, or stitches.

So, now that you have chosen what you want to be, fill out this application!
