I laughed at the Light wallpaper, and the second one (the group one) is too cute (Ryuk looks funny, in a good way) xd

Try some random anime fansites, they sometimes have them. devART has some artists that do pretty good fanart wallpapers, or art that can be stretched to be a wallpaper.
