I am currently taking a class called "Art of Empathy" and I have a big report due the end of the year about any topic relating to empathy. I picked overweight people/FAs. But the problem is I am having trouble finding sources for information. I need to find accounts of hate crimes, prejudice and even good things about overweight people/FAs.

Please help and tell me some!

That's horrible! Do you have any more information on the case?

And as for other sources for empathic-BBW stuff, I'm not sure. There's a lot of fat-positive art being done now (and has been done in the past), if you want to look into that.
