I just bought a set of card shark bands and I'm selling them for 13k, which is 1k under the closest competition, but do they sell? I'd like to know before I waste anymore time with the games

They can take a little while to sell sometimes, but they can also be high profit too. There are alot of people who want casino items who are too lazy to play for them themselves, so there IS a market for them

I'll add onto what has said above me:
It all depends on the item. Some of the lower ticketed ones might take a while since they are easy to get, like the glasses. The more higher ticketed ones, like the cloaks and crowns, are most likely easier to sell. High priced, yes, but there is more of a demand for those. Or so I've heard. I would have saved the tickets and gotten something that held more of a ticketed value to them and sold them instead.
Though, it's best to hold onto your tickets and keep an eye on the market. It's like sealeds -- the price varies depending on the demand and resources. Or you could sell your tickets right to the market from the games. Usually what will happen is those that are saving their tickets will scour the market for tickets at the right price. Usually 2 - 2.5 gold per ticket does the best.
