Hi! I had recently lost about 20lbs and I want to continue losing weight, but not only have I correct my eating, I am working out after school real hardcore for almost 2hrs.
Exercise:
1 Mile run/jog/walk Run Up a small hill then back down Run around the track for at least 10 laps, then walk 4 laps. Do stadium stairs 2 sets (It's a huge stadium) Then do hardcore abs at least 250~ Then walk ~ I stretch inbetween workouts ^
Food:
Morning have yogurt Mid day have a small lunch at school, like a salad or on occasion a small burger. At home, have a 6' inch sub (lean meat)
That's what I started on Monday, and I'm sticking with it!

I am recently at 145ish pounds. My goal is to get to at least 125lbs. But I'd be very happy to be 130lbs. I'm also 5'2 if anyone wanted to know.

Started Monday: But I'm starting this journal now, so I'm not going to record the past days XP
Thursday March 29, 2007
Morning: I had a yogurt and some water.
~Did walking around school to get to classes, made sure to speed walk.
Mid day (lunch): I had a small chicken burger
~More walking
After School: Did my 2hr~ workout. HARDCORE lol XD Drank A LOT of water.
At home: Ate a 6' inch Sub (lean). Drank tons of water.

Monday: April 2nd 2007
-Didn't have breakfeast
-Ate a ham sub for lunch.
-Did an hour workout afterschool
-Went home and ate a 1 foot sub (I was hungry XD)
