Wow people don't respond to these threads too much, do they?
I think you need to get rid of those wheel covers. Roll on steelies until you can afford real wheels. Also lose the fake hood scoop. It's not fooling anyone.

Get rid of the hood scoop, the wheel covers aren't too bad (as in there no the wanna be lexanis and spinners).
Get some lowering springs and sport shocks for the suspension, to give the car a lower stance.
Get a decent set of rims and tires, a 17" 235 is more than plenty.
Then go from there with engine mods (and no fart can).

.Remove hood scoop .Debadge .Bodykit it, Sats aren't very well backed up aftermarketwise, so work on cosmetics .lower it (air ride reccomended so you can adjust it depending on road surface) .Rims.
