Lorelei was running up to the Sin'aeis mansion, this time without her nose glued to the inside of a book-- but in her hands was a basket.
She stopped by the tree where she had first met that odd 'Bob' boy. And as luck would have it, the basil was still there!
Kneeling, once again her her toga, Lorelei started to delicately pluck some of the basil leaves from the plant, putting them gingerely in her basket. She inhaled the fresh scent, and it put a not-so-dazed smile on her face. This would be perfect for cooking!

"Ah'm migh'y glad tha' grew while Ah was away. When Ah plan'ed it, Ah was a bet worried!" Jan was lounging on the porch steps, guitar, as usual, in her lap, when she spotted the green-haired girl. It'd been awhile. Still, she had fond memories of Lorelei, and shot the [now]younger girl a lazy, warm smile. Jan hadn't been surprised that it'd grown, she knew just what to do to make any plant grow, she was more surprised, however, that it hadn't been killed, or plucked, without her around to tend it.
Lorelei liked herbs and such, didn't she? Jan thought they'd spoken of her garden, some long time ago. Smoothly rising to her full 6'1.5" in height, she set the guitar aside, and approached, stopping to lean against a tree, and eye Lorelei and the plant. "'Owdy, Lorelei. 'Membah, meh?" The lanky girl had changed, but not in personality [albeit more friendly], nor in clothing style [though she should've].

"JAN!" Lorelei knew that accent anywhere, and the clouds of dazedness had melted away into joy at seeing a friend.
She went to hug Jan, but instead tripped and fell down in front of her.
"Ow..." Lorelei pulled herself back up and waved, "How have you been? Thanks for planting the basil plant, it's beautiful!"
Basil, indeed, was Lorelei's favorite herb.
"You've gotten really really tall~" she tilted her head and grinned.

It was true. That accent meant Sjajan, no other Sin'aeis seemed to have any trouble speaking, and advanced speech at young ages, at that. Still her slurred speech pattern didn't seem to denote a lack of intelligence. "Glad ya kin use et." Yawning, she stretched briefly, before tilting her head to one side, and relaxing her stance some. Lore was the first Sin she'd seen since Lyrus, and that'd been at school.
"Ya jus'ere ta look fer herbs, then?" She would have asked Lorelei what was new with the other sin, but considering the nature of both girls, she doubted her strange friend would know anything about such things."'Ow's Ilo?

"Ilo's a bit cranky," Lorelei admitted, "He got chased around by this boy, and he really doesn't like getting dirty. He's such a wuss."
The bauble was nowhere to be found, actually.
"I had to leave him at home, this time. He's still afraid to come around here because he thinks that kid might come after him."
Lorelei stood up and dusted off her toga.
"Yeah... just herbs. I was also kinda hoping that another Sin'aeis would be here, too. And I was right!"
